Location location location - breakfast selection was superb - great facilities - free Yoga session at 8am with an excellent Yoga professional. Monkey visits (as predicted) just outside our room. parking location great.
The weather could have been better ;-) (rainy season...) but of course not in the hands of the hotel. Their great facilities offered great alternative activities.

quiet and cool break from the noise and heat of Kuala Lumpur
they have their own garden.....the food is good
great staff
maintenance could be better
TVs are outdated - could not update and use the HBO app. The web-server is a joke.
no activities.....it looks like nobody works on marketing the place

The mountain location
Needs a new chef, we left a day earlier as I can cook better. Food was not edible. Plus first 3 things we ordered we not available.
