We chose this hotel because of its location, closeness to Lago di Braise. We were able to visit the lake before sunset and before sunrise. Nice hotel, great breakfast.
The room we have faces a main street and it was very noise at night with cars passing by.

The food was exceptional and the pool & sauna felt wonderful after a long day of hiking.
Property is on a busy road. With open windows at night in the summer it negatively impacted our sleep considerably.

The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was great, but the view was not as wide because it faced the street. The front desk staff was very nice and showed us a map of where we could ride the bikes or drive around. On the day we checked out of the hotel, we left early for a hiking trip and the staff let us have breakfast early, which was very appreciated.
I checked their website many times before we arrived and thought it would be a very enjoyable hotel, but the truth is we were very disappointed.
First of all, the shower room is very small.
Secondly, this hotel includes dinner, but the dinner time is fixed from 19:30 and there is no way to choose the main course.
Thirdly, the hotel website has English but the dinner menu is only in German and Italian, which is fine, but when we checked in, we were told the receptionist that we speak English, not German or Italian. During the dinner, no one came to ask if we needed help or not, so we used the google translation to read the menu.
Finally, when we entered the restaurant, the server's attitude was disrespectful. We heard the she told others who came in after us that they could have the salad bar first, but she did not mention it to us at all. Moreover, when she asked what we wanted to drink, we asked to see the wine list, and then we ordered water from another server, the original server took the wine list away from our table without asking.
All in all, during my vacation in Italy, this was the only hotel where I felt disrespected and unhappy.
