The hotel is in very close proximity of the Shin-yokohama station and its very big. The room was clean. The staff were pleasant, typical in Japan and the breakfast buffet was good. Lots to choose from.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the room was over priced due to it being a National holiday. I reserved 1 night in silver week and it was ¥37000 for 1 night for one person. Ridiculous but i paid it. The room was basic for such a high cost and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. They didnt event provide complimentary drinking water in the room.

being on the 38th floor gave us an amazing view - room itself was very clean and comfortable
The cleaning staff very polite and did great job
The shopping / restaurants within close distance
We didnt find the desk staff helpful at all when it came to making arrangements to get to the airport
There didnt appear to be a conceirge to let us know what activities could have been done in the vicinity
