Firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent, so close to the Shin-Yokohama train station. This is the main reason why we opted to stay at this property as it makes boarding the Shinkansen so convenient for us. Also, there are many restaurants and shops nearby and we were really spoiled for dining choices (there is even a ramen museum close by with a large variety of flavours to try!). Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. At the time we checked in, we noticed that some of the beddings had a strange smell. The staff quickly responded by bringing fresh duvet and sheets and remaking our beds straightaway.
The overall decor and furniture in the room feels very much outdated. Considering the level of amenities and comfort in the room, we think the price is a bit high.
