Ok but need to provide transport they commit to and answer enquiries.

Comfortable.

Sent a message to clarify availability of shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. No response. Website said bus runs regularly but after waiting for over an hour with no bus had to get a taxi to the hotel.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse ist es optimal und kommen gerne wieder

Gutes Bett, Steckdosen an der Nachttischlampe, Flughafen Nähe, Golfplatz zu Fuß erreichbar, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und angenehm. Gute Küche für jeden Geschmack

Zimmer fallen durch ein grossen Umriss auf und wirkt daher nicht so heimelig. Eher wie eine Turnhalle

A great stay, would definitely return

The staff were fantastic. Enjoyed all the other facilities. Was great to have a shop on location.

The restaurant needed more healthy choices and fresh vegetable. The spa needed to have a better booking system

Gehobener Standard mit großen Zimmern

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, sauber und mit bequemen Betten. Das Hotel bietet einen stündlichen kostenlosen Flughafen Transfer an und das Bar Personal war super freundlich.

Restaurant und Bar Preise sind mehr als Wucher! Zum Glück gibt es nebenbei einen Supermarkt und andere Restaurants. Außerdem war das Rezeptionspersonal unfreundlich und hat nichts von selbst erläutert oder erklärt.

Fabio at the reception who actually checked us in was professional and polite.

It’s beautiful, the rooms are big and the breakfast was tasty.

Changing the reservation was a nightmare. The reception people gave us a real hard time. We had to call them and email them and even come to the hotel a week before our reservation. They could not coordinate with Booking about the change in the reservation. For 5* hotel the reception people should be better trained and polite. So is the lady who cooks breakfast. She just told us “no English” and she looked very angry. It was a surprise for so big hotel where the guests come to from around the world.

Wouldn't go back

Location is terrible. It is excessively expensive. Adult pool over run by children. Not enough sun loungers, people were seen lying on the floor. Bathroom was not clean.

Precio de servicio abusivo y no acorde a la altura del hotel.

El entorno creado en la zona de la piscina es muy agradable.

Pedí para cenar una ensalada y un plato de salmón y me cobraron 60 dólares. Para mayor sorpresa, el día siguiente pedí un café espresso y me costó 9 dólares. Me parece un abuso en toda regla, por ello lo manifiesto por este medio.

La piscina se ve acogedora y con buenas instalaciones

El conserje no nos quiso ayudar u ofrecer alternativas de excursión para que nosotros pudieramos realizar por nuestra cuenta, solo estaba interesado en vendernos paquetes turísticos.

Das Hotel werde ich nicht mehr besuchen.

Beim Empfang wurde uns nicht viel mitgeteilt über die Analge, wir hatten eine Mastersuite, keinen Balkon, der Blick aus dem Fenter war auf eine Wand und ein Dach. Der Wohnbereich der Suite hatte Blick auf den Hotelflur. Wir wollten ein Bad einnehmen, das war nicht möglich da der Stöpsel nicht ging, Housekeeping konnte uns auch nicht weiter helfen. Die Klimaanlage war so kalt, leider war es uns und auch dem Housekeeping nicht möglich diese etwas wärmer zu stellen. Das Frühstück in der Lounge war sehr überschaubar. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Great place to stay and unwind before or after traveling

Great facilities, well equipped gym, pool area with the restaurant and bar open plan and nicely situated in the center of the hotel surrounded by the rooms. Shuttle service to the airport on the hour and a vast array of restaurants 5 minutes from the hotel.

Dilapidated, smelly and so very far from a 5 star experience

Close to airport and communal areas are reasonable. Few restaurants nearby which were nice. Room is large, but very poor quality

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel - it's completely misleading. Room smelled very badly of damp and I needed inhaler to sleep. shower was poor since head is blocked and water comes out in a trickel. Poor pressure and temp is impossible to control.Bath was chipped and ancient. sink taps wobble and loose. Whole room is dilapidated - no water in room, no hair dryer. I don't know where the 5 stars come from - my next night stay was in a 2 star elsewhere in CR and it was far superior to this.

Nice place to stay for a night

The hotel grounds were beautiful and the rooms were spacious. I enjoyed breakfast by the pool, there was a good variety of hot and cold foods as well as fresh juices. I also ordered room service and the food was good. There was a small problem with my order but the staff worked quickly to address it and I was happy with the outcome.

The beds were really firm, which I am not a fan of.

Great hotel close to restaurants

Very nice atmosphere and great staff. Facility is a little old but clean and functional.

Pet friendly hotel, but there were many dogs barking endlessly, and was a major disturbance to our meetings. I dont mind pets, but when barking someone needs to remove the animals.

Room amenities not as advertised. Airport shuttle inconvenient. Overpriced.

Room did not have a refrigerator as advertised, which is why I chose the hotel. Shuttle bus from airport took 1 hour waiting in the heat, with a small child. Air conditioning is too noisy to leave on in the room. Shuttle bus back to airport only leaves every hour. Would make us wait at airport much too long before flight. So will have to pay for taxi. Hotel is not convenient for the shuttle service. While we waited for our shuttle there were 3-4 of other hotels shuttles passing by every 15 minutes. Would not recommend to families. Also not having a fridge, microwave or sofa bed as advertised was extremely inconvenient.

Convenient for the airport with free shuttle.

Lovely hotel close to the airport, and with a free hourly shuttle. Rooms are spacious, and pool area is lovely to spend some time relaxing at the beginning / end of your holiday. Breakfast was great - lots to choose from.

Service from staff was a bit mixed. Expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at in Costa Rica. Pool towels had holes in them.

Would 100% come back and also would recommend

I had to use a knee scooter and the accessibility was perfect - and The pool was great too. The staff was AWESOME -both of my kids left their AirPods at the property on 2 different occasions and the staff not only located, but held and mailed them to us back in the US.

The food was good, but not great.

Super overpriced for what it is. Very dated hotel.

The lobby is nice and they give you a warm cookie upon arrival.

It was outrageously overpriced for what you get and they charged us more than our booking confirmation said. We paid over 400usd (including taxes) for one night. This place is NOT worth it. It's old and while clean, it really did not meet my expectations of a 400usd stay at all. Would not ever stay again. Nothing particularly bad, but it should cost a third of what it did.

Schönes Hotel, benötigt aber Renovierung.

Top Lage in Flughafennähe. Schöne Innenanlage mit großem Pool und offenem Restaurantbereich. Kostenloses Parken direkt am Hotel. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und aufmerksamem Personal.

Die Anlage inkl. Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und wirkt etwas abgenutzt. Sauberkeit des Poolbereichs nur durchschnittlich. Sehr hohe Preise in Restaurant/Bar.

Hezky bazen, balkonek u pokoje. Dostali jsme upgrade pri check-inu. Hodne rostlin vsude. Nadstandardne dobry sampon, kondicioner a mydlo v pokojich!

Hotel je stary a opotrebovany a misty se zjevuji neprijemne zatuchle pachy. Do noveho vybaveni nikdo neinvestuje. Vadilo mi, ze nebyla rucni sprcha.

Old Time Charm

Everything was good, the hotel is very dated but it actually adds to the charm. The pool area and hot tub were great but the pool was too cold for us, but the weather had been a bit cooler so it didn't get the pool warm enough.

Goede laatste dag in San Jose voordat we terugvliegen.

Mooie locatie. Mooi zwembad, goede kamer, basic plus zou ik zeggen maar best ok. Vlakbij de luchthaven. Ontbijt is prima.

Niet alle personeelsleden waren even top....smiddags was er geen aandacht voor je en kon je echt lang staan wachten bij de bar op een biertje of koffie. Glazen spoelen belangrijker dan klanten. Later toen een nieuwe ploeg kwam was t super.
