Stunning location on the bank of West Lake in beautiful expansive gardens. Staff were most attentive. Breakfast was generous and fresh, located in the Cafe. Our room was well appointed.
The bed had a synthetic underlay that was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep on. Although two different types of pillows to choose from was nice. That was the only negative in an otherwise outstanding hotel.
