Amazing views of water garden and a good breakfast to start the day. The town itself is charming and close to accommodation
Hotel looks tired and needs a repaint. Floor mattress resulted in hip pain during course of night. Did not appear to be frequented much by tourists

Excellent service and food
Very dated rooms, toilet and onsen. The security lockers at the onsens had a lot of dust inside the locker door. Could improve the cleanliness.

The hot spring is good.
The room is old, the door is hard to open and noisy.
The faucet is old style with hot and cold water separated, so it’s hard to use and get good temperature.
Besides, the water pressure is too low to have a comfortable bath
