A stunning beachfront beauty, with 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, and enough space for 32 people! Great property for weddings, church retreats, or family reunions. This is a “high-end” property on the front row of beach with beautiful views, decks, and entertainment areas! This house is FINE! The kitchen features dual refrigerators, dual coffee makers - both Keurig and regular drip, and much more for large groups. There is a 15-seat kitchen bar and a family-sized table on the patio. Master suite is located on main floor with king-size bed, TV and a huge double person shower made of glass. House has a total of 3 king-size bedrooms and bunkbed rooms, each bed with phone charging plug, making it ideal for several families. The Home Theatre boasts a 70-inch Smart ROKU TV for YOUR personal Apple TV, Hulu, Sling, Pandora, Netflix, etc, and an HDMI cable for XBOX or other gaming systems. Flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans in every room. Main floor/kitchen area also has ROKU TV. Bedrooms have Antenna TV. High-speed internet is accessible from every room. Additional features are a deluxe “outdoor bar” under the house, all concrete, and 3 separate covered balconies/decks. Stairway has covered access to stay out of rain. Each room is named individually like “Hydrotherapy” or “Sotally-Tober”. Younger people love the nicknamed beds like One-Eyed Jack, Blackbeard or Miss-Windjammer! Enjoy 2 separate great room living areas that provide ample room for all. Private water closets in bathrooms, high end tile and glass showers with double vanities. Third level has large covered front porch with incredible beach views! Plenty of parking for events and guests and 1/3 of a mile unobstructed beach view! Enjoy the huge ground level entertainment area with sand shower and bathroom. Night-activated safety lighting outside and large yard with sprinkler system. Accommodate up to 62 people when you rent Pirate's Beach house (right next door) and adjoined by an elevated sky bridge! This amazing property is designed for groups and weddings! Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Much more private on this side of the ferry. 5 Stars!!!

Located on the beach and close to stores and restaurants. If you don't mind bunking with others, this is a great house with lots of living areas and a wonderful kitchen. We had 30 family members and really enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: fit 15 comfortably, beautiful view, bar area downstairs with toilet, a little back off the sand so not too much noise. Cons: the four bedrooms upstairs (not bunks) are conjoined so they are not completely private, no sink downstairs for use with toilet and bar. Kitchen lacked serving platters, had only 4 wine glasses, and small trash receptacle in kitchen (8-9 gallon). Had to take out trash every meal and set out trash bags down stairs. Also there was no door/gate separating the two homes. This was concerning for small kids/pets, but fortunately no one was there most of our time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I set up a fishing trip for our clients. Some flew into Texas from around the country. Everyone was impressed and really enjoyed the accommodations. We rented both homes so we had plenty of elbow room even bringing in a local Chef to prepare our meals down below. It was a fantastic spot to bring in clients. My only issue was having to put the sheets on the bed. Given how many beds there are in this rental, we would have happily paid more for that service to be added to our reservation. It was quite taxing as I didn't want our clients to have to do that...

At first glance, the house is bright and new, but the more you stay in there, it could use some maintenance and updating, especially for the rental price you are charged. Management company was quick to answer phones and the maintenance man was on site in a short amount of time and was super nice! Feedback for rental company — Not saying the house is not nice bc it def is, but the houses could use some work for the cost to rent them. For those looking to rent — we would recommend this cabin!
