I looked at so many resorts before deciding on Eden, and could not be happier. It truly is a serene oasis in the midst of Patong. Minimalist and peaceful, super comfortable beds and linen, stunning pool and garden, a beautiful modern, well maintained and compact gym, and staff that deserve a 11/10. Each and every single one of them. The value for money was incredible, breakfast beautifully presented (small buffet and a la carte but everything you need)

Couldn’t recommend Eden more. James is one of the workers there and he made life so easy, from helping translate for me at the mini mart, through to showing me what activities to do. Genuinely the most helpful person i have met. Couldn’t recommend more!!

my stay was good. The hotel is spacious compared to many other hotels, and the location is excellent and convenient.
The night shift receptionist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He didn’t even respond to a simple greeting, which created a poor first impression.
The towels in the room were also old and worn out and should be replaced with new ones.
Another disappointing point was the hotel’s policy of charging guests if the room key card is not returned. Most international hotels do not make a big issue out of key cards. We even asked if we could keep one as a souvenir from our stay, but our request was declined.
