Staff were nice but were not really that helpful.
I booked because I wanted a good gym and a smart TV, so I could watch YouTube, Netflix etc. The gym had equipment dangerously close to each other, with worn out equipment, actually broken equipment. I told staff the gym had some broken equipment, nothing was done, I followed up on it but got nothing back. The TV was not a smart TV, it had 13 movies on a video on demand system. There were no subtitle options at all, not even in movies with aliens speaking. I asked the staff and they got the engineer who told me it wasn't possible to have any apps on the TV - so - not a smart TV, leaving me to have to watch everything on my phone in the evenings, not ideal. Finally, the water in the shower was stone cold at all times of day, never even lukewarm, that was a huge disappointment. As with everything I did ask the staff several times but never heard anything back.

Just be mindful the hotel sits between two mosques. With the call to prayer happening 6 times a day . Earplugs are provided at reception. Or ask for a quieter room location . We stayed 7 nights without it bothering us

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb and the rooms/premises were very tidy. The rooftop pool was great and there was plenty of space in upper most level of the roof with artificial grass. The view was amazing. Also the gym was well equipped and clean. The beach was relatively close. The hotel room beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was able the room cool throughout the day if you left one of the two key cards in the electronic socket on the wall.
The electronic doorbell malfunctioned all on it's own in the middle of the night a couple of times + the doors are everything but sound proof. The spa part of the hotel was under renovation and not available. The same goes with the rooftop lounge. The elevators were slooow due to constant stopping on almost every floor and sometimes in an illogical order. The rooftop pool bar has a songlist of 20 dance songs which started to annoy after listening it through several times per day. Something more chill needed + a small inconvenience of neighbouring mosques yelling their prayer call loudly a couple of times a day (mostly applies if you are on the rooftop).

Die Lage ist gut jedoch an der stark befahrenen Straße gelegen.
Ungünstig ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Wir hatten eine Badewanne und das Wasser lief vom Rand trotz daraufgelegten Badetüchern auf den Boden runter, was sehr nervig war.
Sonst sehr wenig Stauraum.

I liked the room I stayed in, as it was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also in a really good location, which is walking distance to Patong Beach. The staff were really friendly and kind, always willing to help. The breakfast was really good with a big variety.
My bathroom was not ideal with the bath and shower installation, as every time after I took a shower the bathroom was under water. Even though the location is really nice and centrally located to walk, there is a main road passing by and if you have one of the rooms facing the road it might be too noisy. Breakfast was good, but if you came later most of the food was out and not topped up. (e.g. I went for breakfast at 9:00). The spa was also out of order, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.

Sarebbe stato più comodo avere un'armadio più ampio per i vestiti, e balconcino davvero minimal per poter fare asciugare costumi e teli.

Property is very close to the beach. A 5 min walk. Close to all amenities. Lots of restaurants around and also lots of massage places. Location was great for a couple nights. Very busy area. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for something a little bit more chilled/quiet.
I booked 2 double rooms and asked if they could be near each other has I was with family. They decided to give us a family room however the bathroom doors were transparent and there was a gap between the bathroom door which you could see through. Not ideal for a brother and sister sharing. We were moved room the following day. We are also asked to leave a 100 euro deposit for any damages which I did not have. Did not have a single good nights sleep due to being able to hear every conversation for the other room and everyone’s footsteps down the corridors. Very thin walls and doors do not block any noise out.

Заселение прошло ужасно! На ресепшене сначала выдали одну затертую карту от номера, сославшись что нет карт в отеле, потом после выраженного недовольства дали две карты, но работала всегда только одна. Отель точно не стоит своих денег. Я еще удивился когда бронировал в начале декабря, что скидка составила 80%!
В номере очень шумный кондиционер. Отель расположен неудобно, достаточно далеко от всех мест. Номер был с окнами во двор, тоже очень шумно.

right next to patong beach and a short walk from the main nightlife attractions.
room was spacious and tidy however the bed wasn't the comfiest.
staff were mostly friendly however 1 or 2 were rather abrupt and dismissive - i put this down to the language barrier.
the spa was unavailable yet this was not communicated prior to booking or arriving. When they have spa in their name you would think this was an important detail they would mention.
some of my clothes were shrunk when sent for laundry despite me specifying the temperature they were to be washed at - i emailed the hotel about this and received no reply which was disappointing.
booking a taxi was difficult as there is only 1 person in the entire staff who is able to do this and if they were not at the desk then i had to wait or make my own transport arrangements - i recommend the Bolt app.
the hotel is decent but i have had better experiences in Thailand and will book a different hotel next time.

The location was in a great place. The staff were lovely.
The bathrooms kept getting flooded. Not ideal for people who have 2 showers a day and they are aware of these floods but can’t do anything about it ?

The only good thing was the location beside this there was nothing good about it
Rooms were tiny you feel suffocated, had a strange damp smell lingering around all the time it was so strong and disgusting. Bathroom had no lock so not convenient with kids walking in. Main door was also not very child secure as lock could be opened by children.
Family suite has a microwave in the lobby section of the room. Everything felt so cramped, Decor was mismatched and just didn’t feel nice. Rooms very dark. Swimming pool was small opening hours not that great. Breakfast was limited choice and you could smell some of the food was old and gone off same with bakeries old and stale. Customer service was atrocious and receptionist not very welcoming or friendly. Housekeeping apparently closes at 7 so if your child throws up or you need bedding etc they make a fuss as they did with us!

The hotel was located at one end of Patong Beach. The staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly; some of the best service I have ever received in Thailand and I have been coming and going for over 30 years. A modern hotel it is Hi-Tech with touch controls of lights and AC, multi national sockets (so UK 3 pin plugs are not an issue), fridge (no rip off mini bar!) micro wave, crockery and utensils so that you do not have to dine in a restaurant all the time if that's your choice. All in all a great stay (weather excluded)
A few English speaking movie channels would have been nice for those rainy afternoons.

○ Staff at the pool area were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to the waiter and waitress at the bar area for the good time every day.
○ Travel agent at the reception area was helpful.
○ Smell of the hotel was very bad and not hygienic - it was very off-putting.
○ Lift closed on us multiple times. There are no sensors in the lift and makes it dangerous for guests.
○ Reception area was not very clean, dirty couches.
○ Breakfast options were not good at all. We actually did not eat on any of the days.
○ Quite far from attractions ( Patong Beach, Bangla road, Otop market, etc.)
○ Advertised as resort & spa, but it is definitely not a resort or no sign of a spa
○ Bed and bedding itchy.
○ We would not recommend at all.

The property and rooms were nice, modern and clean.
The hotel is right next to a mosque, so the calling to prayer went off every night. I would have appreciated knowing this beforehand. Unfortunately, the doors offered little sound protection so when people were waking up early to attend their prayers, you could hear them in the corridors. With better sound proofing it wouldn’t be an issue at all.
