Excellent location. Large grounds to sunbathe away from pool area.
Rooms are basic but you expect that from a 3 star establishment.
Many of the blue type sun loungers have seen better days and could do with being replaced.
No air con in bedroom.

The location and rooms are quite good. Staffs are very friendly and good.
The room kitchen could have a kettle and the cleaning supplies could have been checked regularly.

Staff and the pool area was good however more sun beds would be better. The cleaning staff did an excellent service. Additionally the waiting staff at the pool bar were also good.
It was not made clear there was no balcony / terrace for sitting out. The property was advertised as two bedrooms but one was an open mezzanine above the sitting room and was not suitable for two couples. We ended up paying €900 for a separate apartment.
The location is a 15 min walk from the ‘run down’ town along a main road beside stinking bins. The resort of Gouvia itself is tired and poorly maintained.
