Great location especially if travelling with a dog.

Gould size room with everything we need but it is dated and may not be to everyones taste

Beautiful grounds

Absolutely beautiful grounds with big trees. Large room with very good beds. Clean apartment with kitchen element where you find all utensils for cooking. Excellent restaurant, but a bit pricy. Two breakfast options: Italian or full buffet. Excellent brioches. Quiet area, in easy walking distance to the lake. Good connections by ferry or bus to Como.

Room tends to be become hot in summer. Air-conditioning is available though. Private car parking is quite pricy, but it is convenient right in front of the building.

Exceeded all expectations, will defiantly return and stay longer!

Great accommodation for a stay in Como. The room was very large, lots of space - the facilities were brilliant although we didn't require them as were staying for one night. We really liked the kitchen area, and if we were staying longer could have used this. The car park was very large.

Will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect near the ferry stop, there are few places around to eat in addition to the Pizzaria in the hotel itself. Also there are shops 10 minutes walk which is useful for a family. By Ferry, Bellagio is 1 hour 45 minutes away, with the views of the lake and the mountains the time flies by and to be honest I found Cernobbio more into my taste than the over crowded Bellagio. The view, the terrace and the surroundings are all perfect. We stayed in an apartment and asked for a baby cot which was offered for free. The beddings were all nice and clean.

I had to pay for the parking, which should have been included in the price.

Superb

Pizzeria and bar in the residence, and a big place to sit outside. Apartment very well furnished with lot of wardrobes, and kitchen equipped in all basic things. Residence is like 5-10min walk to the lakeside.

Parking a little to expensive… 10€ per day for Residence quests. Could understand this price for the „outsiders”. Lightbulbs in were too dark/dimmed.

Great stay near the Lake Como

Clean and large apartment, quiet location, fast Internet, different sizes of pots and pans. From there it is very easy to reach any part of the Lake Como and even Switzerland.

A comfortable stay in an excellent apartment

The apartment is spacious and well organised with all the facilities you need for a short stay including cooking equipment and a washing machine. Everything was spotlessly clean. It is set in a quiet area a short walk from Lake Como. There is ample parking (for a small additional charge), a lift and a pleasant outside terrace with tables and chairs. We arrived long after the 6pm check in deadline having been delayed by heavy traffic and long queues at the Swiss border but Sergio very kindly waited for us.

Perhaps paper towels and washing up liquid in the kitchen.

there could be more kitchen items ( a wine opener for instance) and some dish soap and paper towels in the kitchen would be nice

A good, basic clean place. Good for families.

A good place for a family. Close to the lake. Had almost everything you needed.

Some things like washing up liquid and cleaning spray should be included so you can keep on top of the cleaning and wash up the plates properly.

Big room, AC installed but not sure if they charged for it. Great location, noisy though.

Breakfast was good, location is great. Room was large with tall ceilings.

unclear instructions on what to do with trash, in the end they said just leave it in the room. Not sure if I could turn on Air conditioning or not, there was an AC unit but I didn't ask and it was really hot and with no screens, I got eaten by bugs the entire time. Also, the TV is basically useless. Also, it was noisy at night and early in the morning due to dinners and street noise. I would go again if there was AC

Ideal stop over near to Autostrada

good parking within the grounds with good lift access and location very near the centre.l Tip, look for the access from the Public Car Park.

Baby cot was broken and they didn't have replacement . It was a bit dusty in the room as well

Lovely stay!

Great location with parking. Warm welcome at check in at Terzo Cotto next to residence. Clean and spacious accommodation, easy walk to waterfront. We had an excellent meal in Terzo Cotto restaurant, friendly staff and fireside dining made a nice atmosphere.

Great location and parking clean with air con. Young man at terzo cotto hotel next door ( where we paid and registered and collected key) was so helpful and kind.

Superb

Very good price/quality ratio. Big bed, silent location, private parking.

We arrived late, after the check in time (until h18) and tried to contact the location by phone, but nobody answered. Anyway the check-in was possible on arrival asking at the restaurant next to the residence, they are managed by the same people, so no big issue.
