Amazing kid friendly facilities, kids room, giant play area, very close to the trails. Super friendly and helpful staff
Dinner and breakfast options were quite limited, the room was different than the one I had in my rezervation, which was a bit of a surprise

Very friendly receptionist greeted us at night. We had a comfortable room that fit by wife and my 2 children. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. There is also an outdoor playground for the kids but as we had to leave for the ski slopes, there wasn't a lot of time to use the facilities.
Nothing to add here as everything was excellent.

The breakfast was nice. There were loads of mostly happy children, however one family was just a nightmare. The children were screaming and not well behaved at all. This is obviously not the fault of the host. But not very nice when you want to enjoy your breakfast.
The surroundings are very green.
When you want it a bit cosy, it is not the place to be. It feels like being on a school trip. The hosts were not very friendly. Things like the bike place are only open until 22:00. so if you‘re coming later, your bike cannot be indoors.
