Huge room, super comfy bed and lovely facilities.
We didn’t realise we hadn’t booked the breakfast until we’d already had three of them!! Would have been useful if someone at the breakfast check in had told us we hadn’t paid!

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. To the Grazer old town you need 15 minutes by foot or just a few minutes by tram.
The Check-in took forever. We did not have to queue at all but the staff seemed not to know what they are doing. The whole check-in process took us 20 minutes! And we both ended up with a Radisson membership even though we did not want that. Very disappointed in the service.
Furthermore, the cleaning of the room was not to our satisfaction.
