The breakfast was absolutely outstanding from the fresh quality, quantity and diversity of the ingredients, with nice surprises. Congratulations to the Chief and breakfast team! The room was very spacious and excellently insulated from neighbors. The outdoor area is also very quiet and very well located, less than 20 mns by walking from the old town Burg, Schlossberg hill and StadtHalle Messe Graz Conference Center.
a larger or second cover for the whole bed would have been appreciated, but this is a detail.

The guy at the front desk tried to solve problems. The mattresses weren't bad.
At first they didn't give out all the linens. The room was stuffy and noisy.
