Clean, very quiet in terms of noise in hotel, getting to hotel from walking further along the station rather than crossing main road. Staff were friendly and helpful.
First part was personal preference and that was the bed as was narrow and first night was worried might fall out. 2nd was the frosted window in bathroom which backs on to the beds as curtain is small and when lights are on you can see in so privacy is taken away.

Located near Graz main train station, near McDonald's, and Hofer is around the corner. approx. 20 minutes walking to the old town; the room is soundproof for a good rest. We can park in the hotel garage or nearby. The noon check-out time is definitely a plus. The staff on duty during breakfast time were helpful and friendly
There was a stain on my bed sheet, which was immediately changed upon request. The variety of breakfast options could be enhanced. During peak breakfast hours, the area becomes quite crowded because the food and coffee stations are placed in a single queue, which can lead to longer waiting times, congestion, and inconvenience for guests.

Staff were helpful efficient welcoming and friendly. Location of hotel is excellent. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and of a reasonable enough size and the shower was good sized, with good water pressure
Overall the hotel I felt was overpriced for the quality of the room and the breakfast.
Wifi seemed to be quite slow.
The first room I was given had faulty aircon which wasn't working. The hotel facilitated me moving room without demur or issue, which was good of them.
The room I was put into was an adjoining room and unfortunately noise travelled very easily from the family with young children next door into my room, meaning early alarm calls from the neighbours each day.
The flooring of the room was scratched and a bit damaged from the small camping bed that was in place in the room. This was the same in both the rooms I saw (I presume they serve as family or triple rooms as needed).
The carpets through the hotel corridors had seen better days and overall the hotel I felt was in need of some refurbishment in certain areas.
