The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. I especially want to praise Dalila and Alisa. My teenage son was ill, and Dalila went personally across town to find an open 24 hr pharmacy to get his medicine (it was Sunday and everything closed). That is what I call exceptional service!!

Beautiful building and great breakfast.
Looks luxurious from the outside, but inside the rooms are strictly economy. It looks nothing like the modern, contemporary style advertised. Everything in the room is cheaply made, from the bed and nightstands to the linens. They saved money on everything.

Super hotel, nice size rooms, fantastic breakfast with plenty of options. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff and the level of customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The Restaurant and Cafe on site were great too. We would certainly stay here again when we next visit Graz.

The building’s history and location are fantastic. The breakfast and breakfast area were regal, high quality, and outstanding. The fridge in the room as appreciated. We had a side view of the river and clock. A gem of an environment.
Our room was very spartan, and felt like a college dorm room, which didn’t quite match the regal style of the rest of the hotel. It seemed mismatched.
