Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent ENGLISH. Excellent breakfast and fantastic location.
Would it be nice to have handwashing facilities in the toilet. Nice to have a separate toilet but strange to not have handwashing facilities nearby. We were in a junior suite.

This is one of the classic hotel right in the center of Graz. A perfect location for exploration. The hotel has a bit of a
Design touch to its classic flair.
I got bombarded with emails and WhatsApp messages from them after booking. I found especially using WhatsApp as a privacy intrusion - and legally doubtful at best.
The room itself had a very bare flair more of a monastic cell than a room. No pictures on the wall. Nothing to warm it up a bit.
