Für eine Städtetour ist dieses Hotel sehr gut geeignet

Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Sauberkeit ist im gesammten Hotel sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man fußläufig erkunden. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Walk in shower was v powerful. Good location. No street noise.

Quirky hotel, with excellent artwork in rooms and halls. Nice to be in the old city.

Excellent site in the old city. We were "upgraded" to a rather strange top floor suite with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Staff were great---welcoming, upgrading the accommodations, and suggesting an excellent restaurant (not the one on site) for dinner. Fun to walk the city and explore. Art work everywhere was a lovely touch--adding to the class of the hotel, but overall quirky.

Hard to find via GPS/map app. Ended up on crowded street with streetcars--not where we should have been. ultimately realized that we should have been following the signs for the hotel that were displayed in the old town.

Great location

Location is great with just a few minutes walk to the centre! The upstairs bedroom lead by a spiral staircase in our room was a nice surprise.

Very friendly personnel, willing to help. Nice breakfast. Nice room. Great location.

I believe I was just unlucky during my stay. The elevator did not work, the first night I did not have hot water in the shower, but when I asked the reception, they fixed it immediately.

staff is very nice and helpful, you could store your luggage easily, good hotel room exactly how it should be at this price. good location.

there is no even electric pot in the room

The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is very good - and the smile you receive from the excellent breakfast staff will make your day.

the parking ticket did work just once even if I asked for multiple exit from garage...

Lovely hotel in very central location

The room was gigantic and well-appointed. Everything was comfortable and very functional. The hotel itself has a playful historic vibe.

Because it's an old building, the sound-proofing between floors was not the best. An active toddler above us woke up at 5AM, which was a mega drag on a Saturday morning. Though, I guess I feel worse for its parents? (Not really. I mostly felt bad for me.) There was a small mix-up with the parking, but no biggle.

Just perfect

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful, the service is impeccable- we required an early check in and late checkout and already from the message exchanges prior to our arrival they reassured us that , although couldn’t confirm, they will try to accommodate our request - and so they did. We were given a spacious, comfortable and well equipped triple room. Quiet, clean, worm and cozy, the room was just perfect. The breakfast is also at a high standard, diverse and sufficient. With the hotel located in the centre of Graz, we were only a few minutes walking distance from the main tourist attractions. We thank the hotel and team for the pleasant stay.

Nice and elegant but can be improved

The position is perfect to walk everywhere in the city. The parking at 16€/day instead of 36. The big spaces in the room and big shower. The staff very patient and nice.

The tv is not a smart one so it allows to watch Austrian programmes only. There were not enough bath products being a 4star (only one hand soap and one shampoo). No slippers provided. No free water. the wifi was not working well at all. Few sweet products at breakfast (no cookies, no biscuits, no granola, no nuts and almonds, no granola)

Lovely boutique hotel in a historic building in the pedestrianised Old Town area. Good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious rooms. I communicated extensively with Ms Brigitte Zangerle before our arrival and she always responded promptly and was most helpful. It was altogether an excellent experience.

Exceptional staff, my wife injured her leg on the trip to Graz and the team went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Room was great, very spacious, and the common areas boast some neat paintings and design touches.

Breakfast could use some more options for the dietary/allergy-conscious, and that's about the only improvement we can suggest!

Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious room, great location. The young chap at Reception was very helpful, as I’m always concerned when going to hotels, as I carry some very expensive medications that require the correct storage, and he assisted with this process, when I’m very grateful for. Thank you
