The staff was super friendly and helpful! Also, there is a smart tv (albeit quite small) so you can watch youtube n stuff.. The room for 1 was great and cozy. I left for another hotel I booked before this one and really regret it...
Also the breakfast seems great, I didn't get to fully enjoy it as my work required me to be up and running fairly early and Im not a
morning person! But from what I did manage to gather, it was very nice
The shower are classic European showers where they're half open. Mine also had this feature where the water on the rail has a tendency to prefer dropping out rather than in the basin leaving the floor very wet after every shower (No matter the shower head's facing direction - believe me, I tried).

It is a very beautiful hotel and it is well maintained and clean. The pool and spa facilites are excellent.
I felt like the staff in the restaurant and those in charge of the breakfast were not very well trained. They were not very helpful nor were they particularly friendly. While this is typical of customer service in Austria, this is one area where the hotel could up its game in order to compete with other hotels.
