Agreeable

The breakfast was very good. On the last day, however, the coffee was half full.

I traveled from Romania by personal car and arrived an hour earlier than 2 pm (checkin). Since it was raining, I requested early check-in, but was denied. It was closed and I was not even offered the opportunity to wait in a space that would protect me from the rain. I was told on the phone that it is possible only after 2 pm. I waited in the car.

Great place to stay when visiting Graz by car

Really nice comfortable and clean room. Quite decent breakfast. Free parking in front of the property. So, great place to stay when visiting Graz by car.

There was no AC in the room and it was quite a hot - but nothing extremely bad as there was ventilator still in the room.

Superb

I like everything, room is clean, breakfast is good if you come early. Great that there is a restaurant working until 10 (kitchen works until 9). So if you come in the evening, can have meal and go to bed :) Perfect for our one-stop night! Will return!

Exceptional

Very nice Guesthouse with a homey vibe to it. My bus arrived early in the morning so I asked the staff in advance to drop off my luggage at 7 am. When I arrived, the lady at reception knew of my request and helped me with that. The 2 golden retrievers that hang out at the reception are adorable and made all the guests feel at home. The room was clean and just like the photos on the website. The windows overlooked the lively street with some traffic but I didn't hear the noise with the windows closed. The bus stop is next to the guesthouse and the busses will take you to the city centre from there.

lovely clean hotel good breakfast great staff.

We had driven from Scotland so parking was important. The parking was right outside the hotel Although they were catering for Xmas dinners and we hadn’t booked a table, they still made us welcome and arranged a lovely meal. Also, even though Nina had finished her shift, she stayed back to translate the menu for us. A real asset to the hotel.

Although wifi is advertised on booking.com it wasn’t available and it seems not to have been for quite a while. This is important for travellers as you want to preserve your allowance for things like Waze etc..

Enjoyable stay in Graz

Very big and clean room. Breakfast was tasty. Comfy bed. Lots of parking spaces available

Lack of AC, since it was hot in the room. Noy many things to choose from during breakfast.

clean, efficient, excellent food and ambiance.

Cleanliness of room and entire facility. Excellent buffet breakfast in dining room. Nice to have a restaurant associated with the facility although the prices were higher than expected. Delicious food and beer in outdoor patio setting.

The room felt a bit small for us although room for suitcases was good and bathroom excellent. The room was on the road traffic side although traffic died down after dark. This location is at least 20 minutes to the center where expect to park in a designated garage.

Great place to stay if traveling with a car

Nice small place, family owned

No AC. To be clear, in the description, there was clear information that rooms don't have AC

The breakfast was good with quality food and A good selection

The bathroom shower Was not working correctly and clearly need to be replaced and tap in the sink was horrendous and loose and the Flow of water was poor The room itself was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned Properly but the linens on the bed were clean And we only stayed one night
