Comfy stay, nice beds, clean bathrooms. Overall pleasant stay.
The echo in the corridor was very loud, especially near the elevators - as if people would shut the doors inside the room. Also, doors shut pretty loud themselves.

The hotel is not far from the city center, but it is very close to the Messe Graz where I was at a conference. The room was a little bit small, but confortable. The wifi works well. The bed was confortable. The bathroom large and clean.

The hotel is near the city center (10 minutes walk). The room is big but a little bit old. The room is not cleaned properly (bathroom with a lot of black hair on the floor). Not shampoo, conditioner or body cream available. Only hand soap. Breakfast like a 3 stars hotel. Inadeguate staff. Low quality for the price. The service is not of a 4 stars hotel, the price yes.
