My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on our way back home to Poland. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, completely soundproofed, and very comfortable. A special shout-out to the wonderful receptionist - she was incredibly kind and went out of her way to let us make a coffee free of charge even after we had already checked out! It’s these small, generous gestures that make a stay unforgettable. Free parking and great Wi-Fi were also huge pluses.
We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

We stayed in Graz (Hart) for just one night, and the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, there was plenty of parking, and the room (a very spacious and clean studio) was very well equipped. It also had a nice balcony. Despite being in a somewhat remote location, there are many shops nearby, as well as an Italian restaurant on the ground floor. It is also completely quiet at night, so you can sleep comfortably with the window open.

The hotel is in a safe area with easy access from the highway. Nice balcony, restaurant downstairs and easy check-in.
The sofa was a bit firm and wine glasses were not cleaned properly. Freezer was screwed in shut so was not available to use.
