This three bedroom getaway is both innovative and beautifully crafted. Designed to emphasise its stunning bush and beach setting and positioned to take in the sun all day long, it's easy to kick back and relax here. You can grab a chair and beach umbrella for a stroll to the beautiful Washerwoman’s Beach, or explore the hidden reefs and beaches for a surf or simply walk along the soft sand beaches. The space Enjoy bush and ocean views from a unique location. This architecturally designed, spacious split-pavilion beachside holiday home features 3 bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms along with sun drenched open plan lounge and dining areas, beautifully appointed to accommodate families of every shape and size. All bedrooms offer uninterrupted bush and garden outlooks. A little more about each section: Living Area: A large plush and comfy couch is a great place to take a nap or chill out for some screen time. The slow combustion fireplace is perfect for a cool cosy evening in. Or select a book from the extensive library and relax with your feet up in the leather Chesterfield club wing chair. Facing north the sun pours in to this room from morning all day, looking out across the lawns int the bush you will be amazed at the variety of wildlife, including our resident mob of kangaroos. Kitchen and Sunroom: With decks on both sides and flooded with louvre windows and natural light this area is the hub of the home. The open plan kitchen and sunroom has a dining setting for 8 plus additional casual lounge space. The kitchen centred around a huge island bench with bar stools is a great place to chat while preparing a meal or have happy hour drinks. The kitchen opens out onto the front deck with BBQ and outdoor seating. Our kitchen is appointed with everything you would need to cook up a feast, including a much loved espresso machine. Bedrooms: Bedroom one has a queen size bed, high ceiling and windows on two sides giving beautiful airflow. Overlooking the garden and bush Tastefully furnished with antique dresser and wardrobe, rocking chair and natural floor This is a very peaceful room and a great place to escape for an afternoon nap or a a quiet read. Bedroom one has an ensuite bathroom, one of two bathrooms in the house. Bedroom two can be configured as a king bed or two single beds, simple and functional furnishing and artwork with a bush outlook Bedroom three has four hand made bunk beds with build-in benches and luggage drawers. A great space for the kids to make their own. It has direct access (which can be locked) to the middle deck to give the kids freedom to room free. Linen is included within the rates and beds are made to your request with freshly laundered linen plush doonas and pillows and bath towels. If you would like to bring your own linen, please let us know and we can apply a discount. We have an infant portable cot with linen which can be made up at your request. Bathrooms: We have two bathrooms, one with large bath/shower the other with large open walking shower. Both bathrooms have clean stone countertops, large mirrors and simple furnishing which keep our bathrooms sparking clean. We also have an outdoor hot / cold shower, perfect for washing off the salt and the sand. Outdoor areas: Ebby’s Beach house is cleverly positioned to take advantage of the beautiful bush views. You can hear the ocean swells and feel the sea breeze whilst watching the native birds and kangaroos. The yard is large enough for a game of football or cricket. One of our garages is used as a games room with table tennis, darts, bikes, surfboards, lawn games, and beach gear. The other garage has space for a car to be securely parked. Guest access Our guests have full access to all areas of the house and facilities. Other things to note We do have a couple of bicycles and surfboards to be used at your own risk.

Amazing house
Amazing house in the best location in Bendalong.
The two pavilions (one for bedrooms, the other for kitchen/living) with an interconnecting covered deck is perfect for those with children.
The house is clean and well ventilated for hot summer days.
Dave was also a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!

Lovely beach house
We’d stayed in this house before and booked again as it’s a really lovely place to be. It’s close to the beach, and a nice place to stay put and relax with a book, or to venture out from and explore the nearby beaches and bushland by foot or pushbike (there are a couple of bikes in the garage). On this stay we discovered the café at nearby Manyana and its delicious cakes and coffee (and there are lovely beaches at Manyana too). The kitchen is well-equipped and we liked that the bedrooms are separated from the living area. Recommended.

Peaceful getaway
Had a great few days at Dave’s place. A great base for surfing, hiking and exploring the South Coast. Facilities were excellent - can’t wait to go back!

Great place in a great location!
Stayed a week at Ebbys, its a great set up with the bedrooms in a seperate wing to the living area. Worked out perfectly with kids. The location is brilliant with the beach just moments away. Great time had by all!

Great Home in a great location
This house is wonderful, the layout is great and all the amenity's you might want are available. Of course the rural backdrop is the real star and the house uses it well. Tucked into a corner of the bush with a large patio on both sides of the property. Lot's of opportunity to relax and watch things happen. We will definitely stay again.

Very relaxing
We had a lovely time, and wished we could have stayed longer. The house has a lovely feel, and we felt very relaxed there. The shaded deck between the two wings of the house is great for yoga. It's hard to beat the location - close to the beach, bush and local wildlife. Hoping we can go back sometime.

Perfect R&R!
We enjoyed a true 'Aussie Christmas' in a quiet, peaceful bush setting surrounded by friendly wildlife. The house had everything we needed and more. A well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space, light and airy with lots of ceiling fans to keep it cool and comfortable during the perfect hot weather. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to Washerwomen's Beach. The hot/cold outdoor shower was handy to rinse off after the beach.
Thanks Dave for being a very accommodating owner and letting us check in early and thanks for letting us stay in your Beach house in such a beautiful area.

Superb Quiet Location
This place has a lovely feel about it. The house is beautifully presented, clean and spacious. It is a great location with nice walks, good surf, awesome beaches and amazing native wildlife. We saw kangeroos, king parrots and some playful sting rays at the boat ramp. We came down here with another family, seven people. It is a nice place to come and chill. Peter

Perfect beach house!
We really enjoyed our stay at Ebbys beach house. The spacious and modern interior has an amazing view of the surrounding bush land and you can hear the crashing waves from the nearby beaches. Beautiful Australian birds and kangaroos are always enjoying life right outside the house. It's such a relaxing atmosphere. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was incredibly clean and comfortable. 10/10 - would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful place!
We had a lovely time staying at Ebby’s during Christmas 2017. My kids loved seeking the kangaroos and the lovely birds near the house. Will definitely stay again if we are visiting Bendalong.

A perfect holiday house!
We loved our stay at Ebbys Beach House and Bendalong generally. We had 3 little toddlers and 5 adults and had a perfect 4 days at the house. It remained cool in hot weather, the kitchen and lounge areas (there were 2) were just right for the group and we even had some fun playing on the ping pong table and using the boogie boards. And the kids loved the kangaroos. A great house and the owner is an absolute delight to deal with. We will be back!

Great Family Retreat
We spent 7 thoroughly relaxing days at Ebbys Beach House over the Summer. The house is surrounded by bush land and attracts many different types of animals and birds, especially kangaroos that fed out of our children's hands. The layout of the house separating entertaining and sleeping areas is great, as the adults get to enjoy themselves as much as the children. We have already booked to return same time next year.

Beautiful Escape
Absolutely loved the tranquility and location of the property, walking distance to all beaches and corner shop. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the 2 living rooms and new kitchen were a great asset. The kangaroos visited morning and afternoon which was a bonus along with the surfboards, boogie boards and bikes.We loved our stay and are looking forward to going back.

Plenty for the kids to do with games, table tennis table and vacant ajoining block.....and the various walks around both the front and back beaches were great. Pack the winter woolies in winter as the house has plenty of glass so takes a few hours to warm up, but tbh, this just adds to the appeal and keeps you in bed longer.....a must! Local beaches are great for walks, crowd free surfing, and the local burger and pizzas do the job. Milton 20minutes away has the works.

It's the perfect house to go with kids, the separate sleeping pavilion means were free to make noise in the living pavilion after they go to bed. The house itself is stunning, both sides of the living area can be opened to capture the cross-breeze and the pared back design is a blessed relief from the usual kitsch of beach houses. Its on a beautiful block, one of only a few on the bush side of the road, and just a short walk to Washerwomans. We had daily visits from kangaroos and spotted a cornucopia of birds from the balcony. We all loved it.

I can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach house. It was absolutely perfect and have everything we needed which was a bonus considering our trip was a last minute decision. The weather was fantastic and there were very few people around so we virtually had the beach and all the waves to ourselves. Every day we were well and truly worn out after enjoying the beach all day long and it was soooooo nice to be able to enjoy the luxuries and comforts of your home. It was an absolute pleasure and we will definitely be back, hopefully soon.
