The hotel was very welcoming. Wesam, with his beautiful smile, was always helpful and made you feel special and comfortable. The hotel itself was spot on—exceptionally clean, well-thought-out, and it really makes you feel special.
The shuttle service is easy once you understand the process, taking about 10 minutes to the Haram. However, it would be helpful if the reception staff explained how the shuttle works at check-in rather than leaving guests to figure it out themselves, which can be confusing for newcomers.
Here is how it works: the hotel shuttle drops you at a central location (I believe Jamarat) where all surrounding hotels drop off passengers. From there, constant buses run to the Haram, so you won't have to wait a single minute. It works the exact same way back, meaning you don't have to wait for your specific hotel bus at the Haram; you just hop on any bus that is about to leave. It is much easier than it looks! Since the drivers may face language barriers, a quick explanation from the reception team would go a long way.
I will definitely keep this hotel on my list to stay again. It was a very relaxing place to return to after a tiring day at the Haram.

-The room was very clean, like new, I got beautiful view of the city
-The location wasn’t within walking distance to The Mosque but the hotel provided reliable shuttle bus operating almost every hour a day. I needed to transit at The Jamarat 2 Park first though, it was easy once I got used to it
-There were a lot of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby
-The staffs were helpful especially when my pass card didn’t work

Reception staff are professional and polite with guests. Located in a convenient and peaceful location in Al Aziziya, Mecca.
I've stayed at this property three times, and there's nothing to dislike.
