Good customer service and breakfast
We stayed in the studio apartment which was farther away from the main hotel and didn’t have great air conditioning.

Excellent accommodation!
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and I'm more than happy to share my review! The hotel's location couldn't be better – just a few blocks away from the train stations and only one street away from the beach. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the whole experience even better. Cleanliness is essential to me, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. They did an exceptional job keeping everything spotless. The room itself was delightful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring We had a restful sleep each night. Moreover, it was equipped with an air conditioner, a coffee maker, and a small fridge – a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and looked like it had been recently renovated. Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. One of the highlights of the room was the lovely private patio with two cozy armchairs and a table. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the pleasant weather. Breakfast: It was simply amazing! The spread was extensive, featuring a variety of local products of top quality. I particularly fell in love with the delicious focaccia – a delightful treat to start my mornings. If I ever return to this city, I will undoubtedly book this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Overall our stay was fine, but it could have been better.
A very unique space and I admire how they are able to make an apartment out of it! As travelers from the USA the style and size of this apartment not something we see every day. The apartment has two outdoor areas, one on the ground floor and one on a roof patio attached to a very cute loft sleeping area. The apartment is very compact with a tight staircase up to the loft and has the feel of a tree-house, so our kids loved it! The check-in was smooth and staff was generally very friendly and helpful (more on that below). The hotel offers beach towels and a shower for your use before and after checkout, which was a big plus. They will also store your luggage with no problem. Location is good though it's a little bit of a walk out of the way from the prime area. This was not a big deal for us.
I'll start by saying that the space fit our needs and we made it happen. There are just simple things that could have been done to make our stay an A+. Though the apartment is offered as having a kitchen, it's not quite usable. The stove igniter wasn't working and no lighter or matches were provided. They also did not provide any sponges for us to wash the dishes. As a family with young children, having a kitchen was important to us. When I asked the front desk for a lighter and a sponge, they could not or would not provide it. In fact, the person on duty looked a little confused that I would ask for these things, so perhaps this was a cultural difference. The person went so far to say that they don't offer a sponge because that means they would have to replenish it and that most people in Italy carry lighters around. I was told that I would have to go purchase a lighter and a sponge myself. Though this might be a cultural issue, I do think a stove that can light and a sponge to wash dishes is a basic requirement if an apartment is offered with a kitchen. This was definitely a little strange to me and it left a negative feeling. Second, the loft area where the bed is gets very hot. The AC air handler points to the area below the loft, so it was quite comfortable below. We ended up leaving the door to the patio open, which had no screen (though I noticed none of the places we stayed at in Italy had window or door screens). As a result our kids got massacred by mosquitoes. These issues could easily be solved by putting a screen on the patio door, providing a fan, or mounting a basic ceiling fan that could circulate the cool air blowing from the AC onto the loft area.

Lovely accommodation in a great part of Monterosso
We loved the location of the property even though we weren’t located inside the main hotel. We were in a separate apartment building one street away from the hotel which had lovely ocean views. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. Air conditioning worked well!
Once we were settled and checked in nothing, but arriving on a hot day and then walking to another building unexpectedly wasn’t the best
