Location, easy walk from train station, views, balcony, beautiful room, very clean. The slippers & prosecco was a very nice touch. Soundproof shutters for a good night sleep. This was a perfect spot to spend a few days after being in a different location every night. Loved it!

They offered quite a few things on booking in which were not correct.
Offers a washing machine but doesn’t state it’s a communal washing machine, says coffee and tea making facilities however only provides a kettle and Perculator and doesn’t supply tea or coffee. Doesn’t have a courtyard and isn’t soundproof. One of the bath towels was very crispy. Bathroom is tiny and so is the room. The room DOES NOT GET SERVICED everyday and giving the premium we were charged we thought this would be included - we were told after day 2 it’s doesn’t include it and we should have read the terms and conditions as it’s a B & B but they don’t offer breakfast. Very over priced and communication before hand and after was only when we prompted. Speaking to other people staying elsewhere their rooms were served daily. Very disappointing giving the price we were charged and when enquiring about getting the room made up the host got defensive. We have been travelling for 8 weeks and every booking.com we have booked has been amazing except for this one.
