The service. Everyone we had interaction with was 100% professional and helpful. The surroundings, the walks, the lake, the trees, the quietness. Everything is just excellent.

It was a very hot season. No air-conditioning made it very difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel is cosy, situated in a wonderful natural place. It’s calm there, the stuff is friendly and helpful.

There were some problems with bathroom, because the water was going out to a room’s floor. The food was simple but taste, but couple of times they forgot to put some sauce or drink, which we ordered, so we had to come back asking for this once again

The location and overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

The room was great, but the bed was NOT comfortable! The matress seemed worn out and I had to sleep on the couch (which was not great either).

Staff was helpful waiters, waitresses seems to like their job. Swimming pool is great, breakfast was good and the restaurant at the hotel serves good food. There was a lot of people and anyway seemed to be quiet. Definitely, I will return here.

The receptionist at the check out day seemed to be more focused on personal calls than her work. However, there was a different receptionist on the check in day who was nice and professional.

Wszystko mi się spodobało. Dużo atrakcji na zewnątrz (boisko, leżaki, plac zabaw, zadaszone altanki). W nocy rozpalany jest grill na zewnątrz na którym można sobie przygotować posiłki. Blisko do jeziora (pomost) oraz jakieś 8 min do najbliższej plaży, gdzie nie tylko można odpocząć ale również pogrilować na otwartym powietrzu. Hotel leży w bliskim otoczeniu lasu - i daleko od głównej drogi - a więc cisza i spokój zapewniona. Do najbliższego pasażu handlowego (rossman, biedronka) ok. 1,5 km. Serdecznie polecam ten obiekt.

To już nie hotelu - brudna woda w jeziorze, brama z wyjściem na pomost bez pośrednio z hotelu zamykana ok 22:00, trzeba zrobić duże "kółko" aby wejść wtedy na plażę.
