Nice and cozy with amazing proximity to almost many other locations in the beautiful city of Amman

The location of the hotel is fantastic! .. you're close to so many destinations. The staff are the one who really made my stay (Hadeel with her amazing outgoing personality at the reception along with Hani Basheer with his calm and humble attitude, Rose from room service, Rami was absolutely at true professional at Gaia restaurant and last but not least Chef Udai who cooked those amazing salads and main course at the restaurant too ..

The breakfast buffet could be improved.

Good

The bedroom was spacious and clean, and the double bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and cared a lot about facilitating our needs. Breakfast was ok.

The extra bed was not comfortable at all, the room had an unpleasant ordor, although clean. The bathroom was very small and the tub was fully worn out. It needs to be changed. We felt uncomfortable using it.

It’s amazing

Very good staff, the location is perfect , All of them are perfect, Hadell , Sohael, Mohamed, Talal , Gamal , Alaa and security guards , room service and clean every one are extremely helpful and welcoming, I strongly recommend for everyone, we had a great stay there and definitely we r coming back next time …

An oasis in the heart of town. Everytime we returned, it felt like home.

The breakfast was Wonderful, The staff went way out of their way to help us with everything and anything. We were so pleased with the room and location> I would recommend it to everyone visiting Amann.

Great base for exploring Amman. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff who were made our stay.

Some of the furniture was worn and damaged however still comfortable and clean.

Comfortable, lovely hotel in Amman

Lovely hotel, well decorated and rooms felt very fresh and spacious. Showers were great! Tea and coffee and toiletries in the room. Good wifi. Location is great, only 3 JOD Uber from Amman centre. Valet will park your car for free nearby on the street if you have one. Great bar in the hotel too with lovely beer. Staff very friendly.

Some bathrooms needed a little improvement, but were fine overall. There was building work when we were there which mean a lot of banging in the day, and it started a bit early.

The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Many restaurants close by.

Location is quiet far from the main attractions in Amman. Breakfast was repetitive.

Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel location was good.

Room air conditioning was average and they closed AC at night saying that it's cold although it was not. I had to change room within the hotel to sleep properly. Bathroom seat was without a faucet and the shower water was very slow. The staff helped us by putting a table fan in our room

Home away from home .

Firstly the warm and kind reception we received was appreciated, the staff were always smiling and happy to help and provide any information we needed. We booked our petra tour through the hotel for a good price. Our bedroom was comfortable, clean and spacious . The shower was warm and easy to use. We had a safe and mini fridge in our room. The location is in a safe area with a lovely coffee shop called mikel across the road. We enjoyed Murphys House of rock in the hotel , an Irish bar that served tasty food. The breakfast room was good.

If you are a sensitive sleeper, the street can be quite noisy during the night with music and cars .

Friendly staff, clean, many restaurants and cafes in the area. The area around the hotel is nice, but it’s quite far from downtown, if that’s where you want to go.

Cozy

The property was located in a decent area. The room, washroom and the common area were clean. Room service was very prompt. There is a good bar cum restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was also good.
