The staff are very nice and respectful. Every single staff member we encountered was very pleasant. We ended up extending our stay for 3 more days.
The hashbrown we had at breakfast was so good.
I know the room area is written before booking but I didn't know that for a twin room it will be a little tight specially that we had a lot of bags. So be aware of that.

We really liked the location and the hospitality of the staff.
The bed is too small for us. It was short that my husband's feet were out on the edge of it. He had to bend his knees to sleep comfortably. The linens, most esp the towels are worn out, and the shower area was too narrow, water was splashing out and we had to move our bodies to wall when taking a shower to avoid making more mess. I also suggest to provide additional basic toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and extra rolled toilet paper.

I like that it was close to all the places in Amman, its affordable, the team is friendly, the room is suitable to my request
The cleaning needs to be more detailed and the buffet can be more fresh and tasty.
