Absolutely prime location overlooking Maidan Nezshalnosky in Kyiv. Book rooms with a view if you can...Good parking.
Breakfast middling for the money.

Location is superb, overlooking Independence Square, right next to Khreshchatyk and Globus mall. We rented a business suite, which was excellent, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable.
5 stars overall.
Air raid alarms... outside of the hotel's control though.

Friendly and accommodating stuff. Convenient shelter.
Breakfast could be more international and provide more hot choices. The rooms could be renovated with a shower instead of a tub.

They had a generator and provided a space heater for us upon arrival. The water pressure in the shower was strong, but the water did not get hot, just warm. Cleaning and storage room staff was nice.
The room advertised flat screen TV. It wasn’t flat, and it didn’t work at all. The sheet of paper said you could instead watch TV in the special lounge zone, which turned out to be the lobby, with one small TV for many people and nowhere to sit.
There was no way to make hot water in the room or lobby, no electric kettle or coffee maker.
Both were very disappointing, as I like to drink tea and watch TV in my room to relax after a long day.
The bathtub is slippery, when getting out I slipped, fell and hurt myself.
The bartender at the lobby bar attempted to not give us visitor discount on coffee drinks.
The front desk person didn’t care of we lived or died.
