This is my 3rd stay at Sutus Court and I can highly recommend it. The hotel is in an excellent location right on Soi Buakhao.
LK Metro, Soi Pothole, Soi Honey, Soi Diana and Treetown are about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious with balconies, King Size Beds and the ensuites have a toilet, sink and a shower/wet room. At night it is very quiet in the hotel so you get a good night's sleep, I've stayed here 3 times now and I can honestly say I've never experienced unwanted noise in the hotel at night.
For the price it is very good. Breakfast is not included but there are several places nearby that do a very good English Breakfast. Also Hotel is guest friendly.
There is no safe in the room unless you get a safety deposit box. These boxes are located behind the reception desk.
