Hosts are incredibly welcoming. The property is beautiful both outside and has wonderful interiors. Peaceful stay and a great breakfast, couldn’t have asked for more.

Mathilde and Valentin were very accommodating, made us a fab platter of local produce. Beds very comfy and swimming pool a bonus.
Altogether a very relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maison Mansel. It was the first night of our honeymoon, and Mathilde and Valentin made it incredibly special. They kindly upgraded us to the Royal Suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was beautiful, and the standout bath was such a luxury after a day of travelling.
The swimming pool was spotless and the perfect place to relax. We also enjoyed a delicious homemade evening meal, with fresh salads from the garden, accompanied by a lovely bottle of white wine. Breakfast was equally fantastic, and eating in the greenhouse made for a really peaceful and memorable start to the day.
Everything about our stay was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. We would definitely return and would 100% recommend Maison Mansel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable place to stay.
The only minor downside was that we found the bed quite firm and not enough pillows.

The owners were very pleasant and friendly. Wi-Fi was good and there was secure parking at the premises. Good pizza
restaurant close by but no other eating places within walking distance (apparently).
The rating at the property was 9.9 and although it's a shame to say, considering how well-received we were, there were many criticisms to make. The twin-bedded room on the first floor was seriously inadequately heated. The beds and floor creaked with every movement. No key to lock the door although there was a security chain. There was no table in room to work at, although we were able to use a downstairs table. Fortunately we were the only guests, but the toilet and separate shower room (at the other end of the floor) appeared to be shared.
