Perfect location. Clean hotel with all amenities. Personnel kind and friendly.

It was clean, well positioned, staff were nice.
The room for wheelchair access had a very small bed, not normal double size. I asked for 6 pillows so my husband could sit up in bed for health reasons. I was told he could only have 2. I complained and gave more information and then they agreed. They gave us 6 bolder (very long) pillows which took up 3/4 of the bed so I had very little room to sleep and slept poorly. The shower was really good. I was told I could use the hotel car park then when I arrived I was told it was not booked. The computer was more important than what I was saying. I went out to get my iPad to show her my booking.com messages and when I came back she changed her mind and allowed my parking. The other reception staff were all lovely, welcoming and polite. Breakfast was below standard for the price and when my husband was still trying to finish his drink à man was clearing up around us. We felt uncomfortable so we moved to our room with his drink. We didn’t go for breakfast the next morning. The satisfaction survey was supposed to be in a sealed envelope but this wasn’t provided. I was asked if we enjoyed our stay and I mentioned the problems with the bed. I was told ‘well you chose the room’ and it was the only room that would fit a wheelchair in. I said I wouldn’t know that.
