Staff were brilliant and the room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel - it was spotless! The location is perfect too - right by the bullring. Couldn't have chosen better.

It was close to the Nuevo Bridge and was a very good place to go sightseeing.
Only warm air came out of the air conditioner. The wing seemed to be broken, and the wind didn't come to the whole room. The room has been hot all the time. I lowered the temperature little by little as the staff told me, but the result did not change.
In addition, The inside of the fridge was also hot. Perhaps because it is linked to the power supply of the room, it turns on and off every time the person goes in and out to the room, and it may not become to work.
