Buena ubicación

La ubicación todo estaba caminando, su jardín es muy bonito y la alberca climatizada sin duda volveremos!

No tiene aire acondicionado, pero nos llevaron un aire portátil hay muy poca luz en las habitaciones, no cuenta con estacionamiento propio.

Отличное место для неспешного отдыха.

Отличное местоположение, до центра пешком не более 5 минут. Великолепная зона бассейна и терраса! Было очень приятно плавать в теплом бассейне, а потом пить чай на террасе, в тени деревьев. У нас был очень просторный номер.

Завтраки очень скромные. И кровати для двоих небольшие. Но всё это не шибко большие минусы.

Buena Opción

El desayuno está muy bien, las personas son amables. Gracias a Bety por su paciencia. La ubicación es excelente.

El estacionamiento es muy lejos, es con valet parking, es costoso y tardan 20 minutos en traerte el carro.

Near location friendliness, food and everything else!!!

When we arrived our first three days we couldn’t sit outside there were no chairs available because there was a group ladies doing arts and crafts!!!👎🏻👎🏻

Close comfort to centro area.

It was within close walking distance to restaurants and to the parrochia de San Miguel Ángel. The pool area was clean and the lounge chairs comfortable and pool towels available. There were also tables and sitting areas around the pool and yard area with plentiful lighting and bathrooms in case you didn’t twang to go to the room.

Breakfast was included but it was the same everyday. Not much of a variety but it was good.

Wonderful garden sanctuary up the hill!

My room was great, overlooking the courtyard which is beautiful. The hotel is family friendly so there are kids in the pool but it's a nice vibe, the guests and the staff couldn't have been more polite, kind, and friendly. Great views from the rooftop but you have to make it your own spot since it isn't serviced but lots of chairs and tables. Decent walk up the hill, not for people with mobility issues.

My room was so big that it would have been nice to have a little desk or side table to the chairs provided to write, set down a coffee cup. Honestly, that is so trivial, the hotel really provided me a comfortable stay and a beautiful atmosphere.

As a solo traveler, it met all of my expectations and then some. I felt very comfortable there.

The grounds were lovely and very well maintained. I liked the classic feel of the property, and the breakfast was more than adequate. Staff was very attentive.

It would be nice to have a bar available (or beer, sodas, etc. to self serve and add to bill) by the pool, but not a deal breaker by any means. Pool is a very nice added feature to this property too.

We came for a night and booked an extra one: very cosy without being too polished

Lovely atmosphere, courtyard with pool, cute tiles in the bathrooms, rooms have perfect temperature workout AC. Valet parking

Minor things that could improve: just turn off the music around the pool, even though it is very loud. Breakfast OK.

Pool, nice atmosphere, 4-5 blocks from the cathedral. This location has absolutely no air conditioning, prepare yourself. Breakfast not too exciting.

No air conditioning, TV didn't work and Wi-Fi signal was not that great.

I couldn't have been happier at my 2 week stay in San Miguel.

The breakfast was wonderful and Bety was so sweet. I loved that they made sure I had plenty of drinking water in my room. The women who run the hotel do a great job of taking care of all the details.

I would love to have a chair in my room.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of town with friendly, efficient service and excellent value for money

This is the first time I have rated 10/10 for a hotel ! Everything was excellent here. Warm welcome and friendly service. Delightful hotel, well-located in the centre of town with lovely gardens and patios. Beautiful, classic room with enormous king-size bed and lovely bathroom with azulejos tiles. They even have an old-fashioned ceiling fan. Great breakfast and efficient service. Small but comfortable pool in the middle of the flower and plants. Even though there was no car park nearby, I simply left my car and they picked it up and return from the car park. Excellent hotel and great value for money !

Great location and great place to stay if you want to practice your Spanish skills

The location is fantastic and we were able to walk almost everywhere. Lots of great restaurants, shops and historic sites within walking distance. The hotel is a beautiful old colonial style building and we felt like we were staying in a grand, historic villa. We stayed in the penthouse room which was spacious and had a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable. The grounds and the pool are lovely. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel rooms, like many in SMA, are not air-conditioned and given that we had the penthouse room, it was uncomfortably warm most of the time (we visited during the warmer months). We apparently visited during a slow time and on a few occasions the office was locked and no staff was available for assistance. Also, the staff was pleasant, but my limited Spanish was not good enough to communicate well. Although SMA has visitors from all over the world, the entire staff seemed to only speak Spanish. Thankfully, we were able to use Google Translate when necessary. Also, not the fault of the hotel, but SMA has a special affinity for fireworks and they went off at all times of the day and night. Every day, every night. The fact that we had to keep windows open because of the heat made sleeping pretty challenging.

The staff was absolutely amazing, the grounds were beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. temperature controlled Pool.

Everything was amazing about the property, the only thing the room was relatively warm. could use an AC units.

The breakfast, amenities, and the rooftop view are wonderful, the facilities are a bit out dated but overall I love the whole atmosphere of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff and fantastic location.

The breakfast was included in the room cost and it was delicious every time we had it. Nice dining room upstairs with a friendly server and your choice from a different daily limited menu of a complete breakfast, beverages and fresh made bread each day. Try what appeared to be homemade orange marmalade, so good! All of the staff was friendly and helpful, grounds in the courtyard were kept immaculate and so lovely. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again for sure. Comfortable bed, darkening curtains and plush towels just to mention a couple features I appreciated.

I truly can not think of anything we didn't like or thought needed to be improved.

the perfect place to enjoy SA with a staff that makes sure you

a beautiful property with excellent staff and terrific location. close enough to town center for convenience but far enough away for privacy and quieter atmosphere

like most properties in SA they do not have air conditioning. It was unseasonably warm and usually after midnight before room cool enough to sleep comfortably

Loved the friendly environment and being able to just sit out by the pool and read or converse.

Breakfast was great--many choices--I loved the family attitude and the server.

Reservations--. I had to call 3x and was told they didn't speak English (I spoke some Spanish) and I should make the reservation on Booking.com (I prefer to make my reservations directly with the hotel).. Also, I was originally told I would need to change rooms which was fine, and when I later asked when I should be ready to do that, the front desk knew nothing about that. I never had to change rooms which was fine, however it was all somewhat confusing.

Very convenient location with a lovely garden.

The beautiful garden and pool area. Excellent location only a few hundred metres from the historic centre. Very good breakfasts.

We booked a self-catering apartment, which had nothing with which to cook. They seemed surprised that we wanted to cook our own meals. It took two days to get the supplies needed for very basic cooking.

Book here, you won't regret it.

Lovely, QUIET oasis so close to the church & Jardin...5 minute walk. Warm, helpful staff. Beautiful, lush grounds with pool and delightful outdoor areas. Nice breakfast (coffee, juice, fruit, breads, cooked to order eggs, beans, chilaquiles). Yum! Good-sized room which was very comfortable. Not fancy, but certainly adequate. I will definitely return. People I met there were staying for weeks, or a month!
