Quality, Cleanliness, Staff, Location, Intimacy, Convenience, Magical! The bed was very comfortable. Hospitality and friendliness of staff was above and beyond to make my stay feel extra special.

We loved the location. Estella was very welcoming and with the help of Google translate we had some lovely conversations with her. She quickly responded to any questions we had.
Sitting on our porch, listening to the water feature in the centre courtyard was enjoyable and the size of the room was perfect!
The heavy curtains were hard to close and are in need of repairs. The safe needs written instructions. We could hear the people above us.
We think you should provide soap/shampoo/ conditioner by dispensers, rather than little plastic individual bottles.
