The property was smaller than previous APA hotels I’ve visited, and this made it quiet and more private. There was only one elevator, but we rarely had trouble calling it. We also really appreciated the amenity replenishment being done every day via the door hanger.

Nice and quite neighborhood, bus stop right at the front, any bus number will stop at the Sendai station 15-18 minutes, Metro station 7-12 minutes walk. Lawson is one block away. The room is decent, However could use some more vacuum though.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Overall is a pleasant stay.
I do expect more with the price I'm paying.

Price is reasonable. Location is good, many restaurants around and station is not far. Breakfast is not bad for the price. VOD is free of charge, if you need it.
Facility is quite old. Smoking floor rooms smells a lot, so be careful when you choose.
