Exceptional

The hotal is part of group hotels. Everyone have its facilities and a visitor could use all of them. It increases the number of swimming pools gym and spa. A great value for the money.

Second year staying at the Royal Resort, incredible people, atmosphere, food and of course the view. Can’t wait to come

Size of the room was incredible so was the rest of the hotel and all of its facilities.

Location was breathtaking and staff was very friendly.

The facility was outstanding with the access to 4 other hotel properties. The rock beach was awesome.

The room wasn’t as nice as I had hoped with some carpet stains and also I had to request our room be serviced.

Lovely Dubrovnik hotel

We stayed in a larger room with separate lounge, 2 bathrooms. Size of the sofa bed was good and large balcony as we were on the end, but sacrificed complete sea view. Spa treatments reasonably priced with daily offers. Lovely promenade to walk along which is lit at night, felt completely safe. Hotel part of a group of 7 hotels and you can use the swimming pools, fitness centres and bars in any of them. We paid for breakfast and evening meal, buffet style, reasonable quality, but definitely saved money as Dubrovnik restaurants are not cheap, e25-30 for a main meal. There is a bus stop close by to get to the old town, or using Uber was approx e10 per journey.

The only slight downside was swimming/snorkeling in the sea is not the best, very rocky and strong waves. If you can I would avoid the road side rooms as using the balcony with people walking/driving past is not the most pleasant.

Wedding Dubrovnik

Location, facilities, room size, sea view and home made chips.

There was nothing to dislike. We had a fabulous time. Dubrovnik was stunning. Will definitely be back.

relaxing stay

Large room with great ocean view. Friendly staffs. Limousine driver Louis were very nice guy.

breakfast was ok (not as good as other 5star hotels like Ritz)

The view’s & location were fabulous. Also the choice of restaurants nearby and walkway along the bay. Special mention to Andrea in customer relations, she was excellent in planning our trips and her recommendations were spot on

amazing service and facilities! the sea view is worth it!

the service was outstanding! would love to thank the housekeeping team-so lovely and sweet to our little boy! so many options for food and pools. we just had the most amazing time!!!

only had one issue where our room hadn’t been vacuum properly when we checked in but it was fixed very quickly

Perfect stay

Room was magnificent and impeccably clean, staff was super kind, several pools to choose from. Amazing view, very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was decent but not five star level. Dinner was in a nearby restaurant and had extremely limited choices and not an amazing quality. View from the restaurant was good but not worth the price for these meals. Hot water in the shower was hard to get right. Overall only tiny remarks on a very good stay.

Customer service (staff were amazing), attention to detail, the range of food options for all mealtimes, the maxing breakfast options in particular, the gym and spa facilities, the location

Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger in our room but we were right at the end of the building.

Very good hotel and very good location

Location with beautiful view. There is no traffic in the area and there is a very nice and quite path along the sea as a lungo mare. Room was big and quite with nice balcony in the living room. Bedroom and living room were with individual bathrooms.

Car was parked in hotels garage which is too small and difficult to park. It was safe and well protected but too small to park.

This is an amazing hotel - very well-trained and polite staff, fantastic location, well-appointed, spacious rooms, excellent SPA. Plus, in this period they have some really good offers, a true value for money.

Lovely post-Christmas stay

Great location by the sea as well as only a few.minutes ride to Dubrovnik Old Town, good services, nicely equipped and spacious room, amazing and always helpful staff. Lovely place to spend our post-Chrismas stay with our almost 3 years.old little one 😊

Nothing to complain about - maybe parking could be for free for hotel guests, but that's just a small thing to mention.
