Adoramos a Pousada, quarto excelente, lugar bom, refeitório do café da manhã maravilhoso, o pessoal da cozinha 10, recepcionistas 10 são muito educados e em especial a Patrícia, simpática, educada ,atenciosa, comunicativa dando todas as dicas do Morro, nos orientando para tudo. Com certeza voltarei e me hospedarei novamente na Pousada Borboleta. Obrigado pela atenção. Dias inesquecíveis. Podem confiar e se hospedatem pois irão adorar como nós adoramos. 🥰😘
A limpeza estava ótima, só o chão do quarto um pouco opaco, embaçado.

Equipe atenciosa, acomodações confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo, e limpeza impecável. Café da manhã muito gostoso e variado, além da cortesia do café da tarde que é uma delícia. Só tenho elogios para a experiência que tive na pousada Borbeleta. Em especial, agradeço os funcionários Selma e Kaio pela atenção e suporte!

Staff was helpful, the room for 4 people was very nice
Initially we booked a triple room for 4 people : 4th bed was only a mattress on the floor and thus the room was very small for 4! Also AC was leaking. We changed to a bigger room for 4, it was available one night, but had to move out following day.
