Really beautiful place to stay on the island! The rooms were pretty modern and the breakfast was really nice. The pool is stunning and the hotel is really well located between beach two and three but not right on the beach so it was still a bit more quiet.

We loved the bungalow and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is also great 😊 the breakfast is amazing. They had renovations going, but that didn't bother us at all, since all the workers were very polite and only worked at sensible times while we weren't there.
We had a big cockroach in our bathroom on the first day. My husband took care of it so we didn't need to tell anyone, but it's just not the kind of thing you want to have while on vacation. My husband mentioned that he thought the hammock needed a wash, it smelled funky.

We had a good stay. The island is beautiful (especially the 4th and 5th beaches), the staff was friendly. The place has potential, and the room was quite spacious and cleaned daily (which is great because of the amount of sand you bring in after the beach). The balcony was also very spacious and comfy.
We know it was high season, but even in Europe you'd expect much much better for these prices. The balcony had a jacuzzi, but we'd prefer that the basics were met.
The place was quite shabby. Leaking showers, the balcony roof leaked water, no place to hang clothes, a wonky fridge, shelves made of cardboard?, and no bedside lamps.
Regarding the bedside lamps: all the lights in the room were very strong and white: i.e. not ideal when you want to wind down and mellow out in bed. We found that leaving the bathroom light on with the door open was the solution. Not an idea fix though.
