Great location
We booked the triple sea view room, but when we arrived they told us that the AC was not working so we were moved to another room without having been reimbursed for the difference in price (the unavailable room was not removed from Booking.com anyway). The room we revived had AC but it was either freezing or off…
The day before checking out we asked if it was possible to delay the check out time by a couple of hours so that we could have enjoyed the last day at the beach. We were told that there were other guests coming so we had to leave the room by the check out time, so we mentioned that any available room was fine as we just wanted to take a shower before leaving and asked this as a favour as we were not given a reimbursement for having received a lower class room. To our point they immediately said that actually it was fine to stay in our room for the late check out. Already weird as it seems they were coming up with excuses when needed.
The morning after the owner texted us saying that there were new guests and she needed the room and if we wanted to do a late check out we had to pay an additional fee (nearly the price of a full day). Surprised as we planned the whole day according to what was told us the day before, we came back to the hotel an left the room but asked for the reimbursement of at least the price that we paid more. The owner just accused us of extortion and did not reply anymore…
