Amei a pousada, café da manhã com muitas opções, tudo gostoso e fresco. Quero agradecer a equipe excelente, Fernanda, Paulinho e Rose, todos muito simpáticos, me ajudaram com os passeios e com indicações de restaurantes. Resolvi prolongar minha estadia por mais 1 dia e todos me ajudaram a resolver o quarto e a troca do voucher de volta do transporte. excelente localização, perto do centro e da 2ª praia que é a melhor.
Das escadas, infelizmente eu fiquei no último andar da pousada e a pousada só possui elevador até um certo andar (4 andar), então todo dia tinha que subir lances de escada; para quem tem problemas com locomoção é ruim. Na primeira noite quando retornei o elevador tinha parado e tive que subir muitos andares de escada. Apenas esse meu ponto negativo.

O café da manhã maravilhoso, a alegria dos funcionários contagia. Variedade no café da manhã muito bem servido. Ótima localização, acesso fácil para conhecer a cidade. A recepção logo na chegada da pousada é nota 1000.
Adorei tudo.

Location is definitely the best thing about the property.
This place is far from a 9,1 rating. there are no:
- willingness to manage customers dissatisfaction;
- no internet in the rooms (apparently there is internet in few rooms but they are selling it as it works in all accommodations;
- we complained about the internet and the proposed solution was to move us to the only available room, but because it was with sea view, they wanted us to pay the upgrade. Shame! We were paying for a service that we didn’t have (internet) and they wanted to make money with a feature that we didn’t need.
- no clothes hangers;
- the sink is about to fall.
THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION: INTERNET ONLY IN COMMON AREAS.
