Descubriendo pucon

El diseñó arquitectónico del hotel, la decoración. El desayuno es muy completo, lo disfrutamos mucho. La habitación tiene una vista increíble.

El horario del restaurante es muy acotado con respecto a la cena. Obliga a salir a cenar a otro lado. No pudimos cenar en el hotel. La primer noche lo intentamos, pero luego de 20 minutos de espera sentados, no nos recibieron y no nos entregaron la carta. Preferimos irnos y ya no volvimos a intentar cenar allí.

Estancia muy cómoda, bellas vistas y lindos paseos dentro del lugar.

Nos quedamos en la cabaña del lago, su vista es hermosa y las condiciones de la cabaña muy buenas, tiene de todo para cocinar que puede ser útil si vas por varios días. Una chimenea muy fácil de encender y en noches lluviosas o con frío es muy agradable. Tienes las comodidades de un hotel (puedes pedir servicio al cuarto y limpian tu cabaña todos los días) y los beneficios de una cabaña (amplia, caben 4 personas cómodamente, puedes cocinar).

La piscina temperada estaba a muy baja temperatura, todos los días que fui. Si te interesa el cable este no funciona muy bien, me costó programar, al igual que el internet, la conexión no es buena.

Todo! La cama exquisita, habitación silenciosa, el restaurant maravilloso, el personal todos muy amables y atentos, y (para nosotros lo más importante) el entorno natural es de ensueño! Volveremos

Beautiful situation in a cool hotel

Cool 70s architecture with a lovely lounge in a glorious lake fronting location and a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool. Walked into a very busy Pucon (bustling peak season Chilean school holidays), although drove in the evening as it would be dangerous to walk at night given the busy road

No tea/ coffee making facilities nor in room fridge

Superb facility, dreamed location—Be careful with paying arrangements

Amazing location. Great facility. It was a dreamed property. Fantastic Restaurant. The room was out of this world with great views -and several fireplaces.

the indoor pool was not properly heated ( too cold for the Fall season). The communication regarding payment got lost in translation. They only accepted credit cards not debit cards. This costed me 20% more than the price given initially. I believe this is not the international stand and the hotel should make a bigger effort reminding passengers of the mode of payments. For example making payment mandatory before arrival vs charging 20% more because the traveler doesn’t have specific type of card

Idyllic location, superb service, you won’t regret staying here

Amazing views

Nice room, maybe a little outdated but clean. Beautiful property with amazing views. The restaurant is good but not amazing. Would stay again

The rooms are a little outdated. Perhaps they need to install bigger tvs. Someone was burning dry leaves, the smoke made it impossible to open the windows. The mattress is a bit too firm for my back

very nice hotel

perfect hotel to relax but very close to the Center of pucon where you can do all the activities. the hotel is beautifully decorated and every room has a view of the beautiful lake. we ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was just amazing every time. the staff is also super friendly and helpful. strongly recommend

we stayed in a chalet that although it was beautiful, the access was not amazing. maybe the hotel could change the times they water the gardens as it made the stairs very slippery

A special hotel with resort amenities. Will return.

A gem in Pucon. Our three-night stay at the Antumalal was a treat. We climbed Villarrica, enjoyed teh thermals, and had a massage at the hotel's spa, a great break from our 6,000-mile motorcycle tour of the Andes. The hotel is architecturally stunning, laid back, always had a fire burning at the right time, had excellent food at breakfast and dinner, packed us nice lunches for the hikes, and generally made our stay a joy. We're tough to please, would definitely return.

Beautiful stay. Highly recommend

The common areas are gorgeous and the view from the room is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and there was a nice selection for breakfast. I didn’t eat much because I wasn’t feeling well but they offered to bring me an endless amount of anything I wanted. Lovely place

The bathrooms could use an upgrade but they were very clean and everything worked like a charm. Not worth hesitating to book. I would stay again

it’s all just a bit past it’s best. the pool could be incredible but it was a bit dirty and run down. place needs a refurb and then would be incredible.

The location & views over the lake, the food and wine at dinner, our beautiful room with a gorgeous view, the stylish & comfortable design of the different spaces and the super helpful & friendly staff.

The breakfast was ordinary, including the feeble coffee. Not up to the standards of the people who served it!

Perfecto hotel for a weekend on the Villarica lake

Very nice and simple hotel Beautiful view of the villarica lake Very quiet Restaurant with good food, beautiful view and nice cat Close to Pucon's attraction but still far away from the monstruous crowd

The bathroom is getting old Some spots in the hotel are getting old and should be refreshed The wifi was erratic and worked 50% of the time

The breakfast and dinner are wonderful - the staff is really kind and receptive.

The property should rehabilitate the pier and transform it into a deck to drink whilst looking at the sunset and enjoy the lake

Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone

The view from the restaurant overlooking the lake was absolutely stunning at sunset. We also enjoyed the minimalist decor and atmospheric black and white photos of celebrity guests from the 60s and 70s (we said hello to the Queen). The staff were so easygoing and friendly.

The hotel's card reader wasn't functioning and we had trouble settling our bill. But this was no-one's fault and the staff were super friendly.
