Great views from all rooms and restaurant
Rooms a little tired and dated. No place to charge devices. No hooks for towels etc in bathroom.
The hot tub did not work.

Our stay was really nice and we wished we had better weather and could have stayed longer. Our room was perfect with great view, breakfast was just right and loved the pan amasado each morning. Location was perfect, a short drive from the centre of town and close to all Pucon attractions.

Beautiful gardens, quiet location out of town but only 5 min drive away. View from bedrooms and dining areas overlooking the lake. Room comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Plenty parking.
No English tv channels apart from CNN &BBC news. Bathroom had a musty smell and towels need to be replaced, getting thin.. Restaurant for evening meals ok. Better food in town.
