The music at night was loud- I guess very loud in some sections of the hotel.

Hotel is located on the second line from the sea with their own beach. This hotel is very family friendly with great animation for kids. I second the coment, that this is a plus that beach is some minutes walking away, because there is no sand around pools and other areas. Also kids don´t get many chances to run from the pool to the sea without noticing that.
Room was quite big and staff is very friendly and reacting immediately on any request. The territory of the hotel is not that big, but is enough to spend the time with family.
Food was great with a variety of choice, I also appreciate that there is a possibility of a diet food, which I needed due to health condition.
I would also like to take a chance to appreciate work od children´s animator Deniza, who spends every whole day with children from morning till evening and she is the best! My son loved mini discos with her :)
The only thing: playground for kids needs to be cleaned - slides were dirty, seems nobody takes care of them, which is a pity, because kids wanted to ride those slides but we parents forbid them to because of dirt.

The pool bar staff was great. The food was diverce so anybody could find something to eat. The entertainment crew was 👌 👏 👍🏻 😍 💖 🆒️ 👌..
My room was not cleand.. just got the sheets and towels changed.. not even a sweep to the floors.
The loby bar tried to sell us a bottle of wine that they serve for free as its an all-inclusive hotel.
We wanted to purches a good bottle of wine beyond the all exclusive, and they tried to give us the free wine for money.
The bar tender and the receptionist were not nice, very rude, and unhelpful. When we tried to cancel the transaction, they were trying to make us look like we were in the wrong! When they were the ones selling us free all-inclusive wine. And just for your knowledge, there were 10 of us there.. so them explaining that the free wine is only free when ordered in a glass, but a bottle we have to pay.. if we each got a glass of that free wine we have used more then 1 bottle so that point is pointless, besides, we wanted a better wine, that is why we wanted to buy something, not drink the same feee wine that we did not like all that much..
And it's not a user friendly if you have a lot of suitcases, you need to go down some stairs to get from the loby to the pool and rooms, there is a path around but its very steep.
