Great views, fantastic breakfast and overall very nice

The Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and comfortable. The view from the sky bar and the pool is the best part of it. Overall we really liked our stay. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel buffet.

Unfortunately the housekeeping in our room was done very late. First 2 days they didn’t clean the room until around 5pm. On the third day I requested it to be done earlier through the app but that day I had to go to the lobby around 4:30 to complain. The day after they cleaned our room first thing in the morning but that was aftet I complained. Not the worst thing but you expect more from a 5 star hotel. Also the location is not the best it takes around 10-20min in a car to town, but we knew that before we booked so not to much of an issue. Water and other drinks are quite expensive and 1km approx to the next supermarket and all uphill on the way back.

Lovely relaxing stay, staff were very attentive and rooms were clean and specious

Facilities were great, we were able to check in early and got an upgrade. Pool area was lovely, food fantastic and views for sunset were incredible

A perfect relaxing holiday!

The place is amazing, it’s what you need for a relaxing holiday. The check in/out was smooth and easy, there were welcoming drink and cold towel - special thanks to Abner at the reception and Mr.Lip the manager for their efforts to make everything goes smoothly - .The room is large with amazing view of the sea. Bathroom is full of amenities. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The pool is fantastic with their infinity pool where you can enjoy the view of the sea, Trio pool bar was fantastic - thanks to X-man and his crew for such a wonderful vibes and drinks. Busaba spa has all what you need - special thanks to therapists JB and AON -. Malika sky bar/restaurant is fantastic, excellent breakfast/dinner and drinks. We enjoyed our staying a lot. I’d highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful trip but I would rather come here without kids

The property had breathtaking views of the ocean. The breakfast was very good

I don’t think it’s very suitable for kids. The pools are more catered for adults. No shade around the beach pool. Lots of stairs to get to it

Somewhere in between the action and serenity

Good location away from Patong but close by. Breakfast has a very good spread. Food is decent and the room has an excellent view from the balcony.

Satriecoši labi!

Izcila vieta lai baudītu mierpilnu atpūtu! Kulturāla vide, inteliğenti cilvēki...komforts, miers, klusums. Vieta kur relaksēties no ikdienas steigas. Karaliskas brokastis!

Par vietu un viesnīcu...viss bija brīnišķīgi! P.s. ģimenes ar zīdaiņiem un maziem bērniem galīgi nav piemēroti šādai vietai, nav patikami redzēt pamperainus bļaujošus bērnus, vietā kur pieauguši cilvēki, pāri, vēlas atpūsties no ikdienas steigas, un kopejais baseins nav paredzets maziem čurājošem bērniem ar un bez pamperiem, bet jaunās kliedzošu bērnu māmiņas diemžēl nesaprot, ka apkartejie velas atpusties... Cienīsim viens otru!

It was good experience and excellent facility

The facility equipped with all things that keep you from going out.

Dinning stuff requires more training and respect privacy. Also, if you want to go out you need at least 30 minutes to reach your destination.

Nettes Personal, aber keinen zweiten Aufenthalt wert.

Der Service war aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Allgemein könnte das Hotel einige Renovierungen gebrauchen. Die Fotos sehen besser aus als in der Realität. Wären die Fotos wahrheitsgemäß gewesen, hätte ich das Hotel definitiv nicht gebucht.

I highly recommend staying at this paradise!

The hotel is located a short taxi ride away from Patong beach in the best way possible! It is close enough to everything and far enough to enjoy the views (of Patong beach, the mountains and ocean) and be at peace. The hotel staff are exceptional! And the breakfast was insanely spectacular - it had everything you could have wanted and more. It also had a station to make your own mimosa and Irish coffee! My friend and I stayed at a corner room and the view from the balcony, bed and bathtub were surreal! The room had everything you’d ever need on a vacation, the beds were extremely comfortable and the size of the room was perfect and big for two! Also there are so many other amenities at the hotel. We got a Thai massage and it was extremely relaxing (and you cannot beat the price and convenience). I would definitely stay again at Kalima Resort if I’m ever back in Phuket! It is definitely a 5 star hotel!

Good value and sea view but I wouldn’t go back.

The view from our room was amazing since we stayed at the top floor and staff were really friendly. The restaurant has a really nice sea view.

Although they tried to be clean, there was a lot of cockroaches in the hallways and the restaurant restroom. Also, the bed linens and pillows were smelly and they never change it for 4 days. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

I had a relaxing 2 weeks in a beautiful resort next the sea with a view of Patong Beach from a short distance away.

IF YOU NEED A SIGN TO BOOK A ROOM IN KALIMA, THIS IS IT!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They recommend places and even offered to send my wife and I to a nearby restaurant! Private jacuzzi and direct access to pool was clean and much needed for couples like us! Oh! They even sent us a complimentary "sweet dreams" cake the night before our last day!

Due to its location on the hills for that perfect ocean view you get from your room, there are many flight of steps to go to, and there is only one lift serving each building. Not wheelchair friendly/accessible for elderly.

Loved our stay :) modern, spacious , clean facilties and friendly staff :)

The beds were comfy room was spacious, good shower pressure and very clean.. Views were amazing 😍. Staff were friendly as always said hello and asked if we needed any help.

I thought the prices of things were quite pricey but I guess expected in hotels/resorts, by time you had the 17% tax on top of the prices it worked out dearer than at home for chips & garlic bread... Lucky there was a elevator because the stairs were enough getting from the elevator to the room if someone had leg/hip problems etc would have a real hard time..

One of the best places I’ve stayed in!!

The staff are super helpful and cheerful. The management of this hotel is based on very strong “team work” ethics !! The handover between the working shifts is awesome. I had an issue with my room and it was obvious that the entire team knew it ,, and all worked really hard to solve it and make my stay as comfortable as possible. BIG thanks to everyone and a special thanks to Mr. Tony!!

High prices but it is not worth the money

The bed was large and there was plenty of space in the room. The tap water was not drinkable but they offer free 0.5l of water everyday.

The list is long. But to keep things short: 1. The morning buffet was like a walk in a battlefield. Many foods were bad and tasted like mold. So the first days I spent on finding out which bread/cheese/meats/cereals to avoid because they just did not tasted fresh. 2. The building needs some renovation. Some parts of the hotel had pieces of wood and tiles falling apart. Really not that luxurious experience. 3. Very overpriced services. For example, I tried their well advertised cooking show. It was wierd. The guy was very much untrained. Later on he told me that he just learn some moves from YouTube. Nothing wrong with self learning, but it was totally disappointing and we left feeling hungry, quite un-entertained and abit over 100€ lighter. And on top of it, they charged (without asking ) 10% for tip. Which i don't think that it deserved tipping.

luxury, amazing, unreal, worth every penny

the most unreal hotel we have ever stayed in. can not recommend this hotel enough. it is beautiful inside and out very modern staff go above and beyond to help you. we got a free upgrade which was nice the rooms are massive and the pool and swim up bar is incredible with the best views. staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond. would recommend this hotel to everyone.
