Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned white sandy beaches. Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet. The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island. Kayaks, barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied. Monthly bookings for January and February are preferable. A true island vacation retreat! Gosh this property was perfect!!! It is directly across from the beach. I love that there are no high rises in front of you. You can walk down the street and see the bay. We Ubered from the airport and walked everywhere!! The downfall was not having a car to get groceries. Thank goodness for the Circle K! Haha!! They have a trolley system and a golf cart service that are both free. We still chose to walk everywhere. The apartment is very lovely and homey feeling. Lots of things to be able to use if you were going to cook. The mattress was a little more firm than we were use to. So side sleepers beware. ;) I would go back in a heartbeat and soak it up for even longer!!! The owner is beyond amazing and very helpful with everything!! Having chairs and an umbrella there was very much appreciated!! I give this 10/10 hands down!!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location was wonderful and the beach was not crowded at all. For my partner and I this was just the right amount of room and had everything you needed to cook. This property is fairly priced and would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much as this past week was desperately needed to escape work.

This property was located right across the street from the concrete piers which is where we wanted to be. We loved being able to walk back for lunch or if we forgot something. That end of the island is very quiet as well. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having a fan in the bedroom. There were plenty of beach chairs and the apartment had everything we needed. Many thanks for letting us stay and hope ya'll didn't have much damage from Hurricane Idalia!

This was the perfect rental for what we needed before returning to school for the fall. We just wanted a place to sleep, shower, & beach! This property was ideal & being located on the transit line was an extra perk! We would rent again!

We arrived a few hours before check in time,a quickly answered text to Lynn and we were in our cozy beach apartment!Everthing we could want or need for the beach was at our fingertips,to say we were close to the beach was an understatement,you could literally look out the front window and see the gulf!Kitchen was well stocked when we cooked and Bridge Street,which is packed with restaurants and shops was an easy walk from the apartment.Loved it,we would stay again.

Really cute place! Clean and had everything we needed. Steps to beach and next to trolley stop. Beach Chairs were also provided which was great! Lyn was responsive to any questions we had. Really enjoyed our time here. Lots of shells on beach and beautiful sunsets! Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It's small, but plenty big enough for two people. Check-in was a breeze, the apartment was super clean, and it's right across the street from a beach access. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location right across from beach, little construction going on but beach drowns out noise so doesnt bother you. Within 10 minutes to bars, restaurants, circle k for all your needs. Has beach chairs for your use. Bring a small cooler with, otherwise excellent place perfect for a cpl people, would definitely go back again!

The accommodations were clean, and was directly across the street from the beach. The current construction was not a hindrance. Restaurants were within walking distance, and very accessible, and there is as a free trolley/golf cart transit system on the Main Street. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect spot with access to beach, restaurants and ice cream all within short walk! Busy at the beach on the weekend, but during the week, very quiet. Gorgeous sunsets! We found an amazing fish market and cooked dinner at home and walked across the street to the beach for sunsets and then downtown for dessert! Perfect getaway!

Clean. Equipped. Construction equipment obscures any possible view of the ocean and sunsets. There also is an associated sewage smell. Knowing that may have swayed me towards another property. Otherwise great location. Front room chairs and couch need an upgrade. Uncomfortable.

My husband and I spent our second spring break week at Lynn’s property, and it felt like home! This is such a great, comfortable place to stay. Everything you need, the beautiful beach is across the street, and a short walk to Bridge Street. Also so good to see our neighbors Mike and Linda, super nice people. Also, communication with Lynn is quick, she’s so nice.

Super nice quaint place in a great location directly across the street from Cortez Beach and a few steps away from the bay at the other end of the street. You don't even need a vehicle if you are just going to enjoy anna marie island because there is a free trolley service that runs all day.

Great location with a beautiful beach right across the street. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the proprerty. I was able to rent bikes and had them delivered/picked up. Lovely vacation.!

The unit fulfilled our needs. It was the right size and clean. The owner communicated with us with any concerns. The location sales this unit! Perfect location within walking distance from beach, stores, and restaurants. The beach is literally across the street! There is a free trolley that runs up and down the island. Chairs, a cooler, and umbrellas in back shed by outside shower. There was a hiccup at end with putting our stuff in the shed after our stay since plane didn't leave until evening. Never had an issue anywhere before. But overall good stay with amazing location!

The location and description were great. The beds were comfortable and overall a great place to stay. The only complaint I have was the shower. It was so terribly small you couldn't turn the water on fully without it shooting the shower curtain in the floor and shooting water everywhere. It was the only bad part of our stay. Otherwise communication and location were great.

We had a really great stay! The location couldn't be more perfect - 20 steps from the beach! We saved money by not renting a car & just using the free island trolley. We were so thankful for the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and cooler that were provided on the property...definitely a plus! We loved the 85° ocean water & the outdoor shower/footwash came in really handy every day. We had a concern about an oversized shower curtain with mold, but the owner replied quickly to my message and provided an immediate solution! The shower head has very strong water pressure so a long-term solution will be needed with the current shower curtain. That being said, communication was good, the property was clean & well-stocked and in the best location - across the street from the beach and within a block or 2 from trolley stops.

My wife and I were tremendously happy with the size, location, price, and cleanliness of this house. Its proximity to the beach and the center of town made walking everywhere the best option for traversing the sites. We absolutely loved the Wednesday Market just down the beach, and would highly recommend this location to any couple seeking to get away for a perfect Florida vacation.

Had a great stay. the property was very clean and hard to beat the location, right across the road from the beach. Also within walking distance of some very good places to eat. Gave 3 stars for accuracy of listing just because dates showing available on Vrbo were not the same as the actual dates available but Lynn the property manager was very nice and helpful in getting the booking right. Would definitely recommend.

What a great vacation!

What a great vacation!

Nicely furnished with everything a person(s) could need for just about anything you might want to do at the beach. Lots of kitchen utensils, tools, lots of beach/water equipment. We had umbrellas, beach towels, you name it, it was there. The local area was limited for pet walking but there was a nice small yard here we could walk our dogs in and the trash containers were just a few steps away. Parking was convenient and we felt safe. My arm was in a cast but I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Lots of sights to see. Just 1/2 block from the bay and the ocean was just across the street and could be seen from our front windows! I will definitely be back at some point in the future.
