Very nice property, great location but what makes it special is definitely the staff. Mourad was the best, he gave us all the tips, he helped us with everything we needed and made our whole stay so much better

The stay was pleasant overall. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The communal areas of the Riad are particularly beautiful and very nicely organised, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the property. The sink in the bathroom was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful during our stay. The location was convenient, with a pick-up and drop-off point on the main road just around five minutes away from the Riad, making it relatively easy to get to and from the property despite being inside the Medina.
The host contacted me quite frequently by WhatsApp about our arrival time and other arrangements, which I felt was a little unnecessary. The bathroom was very dark, particularly around the shower area, and although the sink was clean, the skirting area around the shower did not look particularly clean. There were also some broken tiles around the raised step in the shower area which could potentially cut your feet if you are not careful. The shower did not drain very well, so you could end up standing in water while showering. The shower tap was quite stiff and the water continued to drip afterwards. The toilet was also a little wobbly. Breakfast was fairly standard for a Moroccan Riad. Like many Riads, there was also some noise at night and early in the morning, including people pacing up and down the stairs, moving furniture and the first prayers around 5am, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

Everything. It’s a place I would go back to if I am in Marrakesh. It’s good for couples, solo travellers or families
People who are working there are amazing starting from the ladies who prepare the tasty breakfast to Ismail who pick us up from the taxi area and was very helpful and cheerful as he told us about the culture. They made our stay very comfortable. We had amazing breakfast and our room was always clean.
Mourad, who was in charge was also a lovely person and without him this place would not be that great.
He taught us a lot about the local culture and helped us with everything, including taxis, trips, and local shops. He went above and beyond and provided us with a personal concierge service entirely on his own initiative. His help made our stay even more special.
Beautiful, clean property. The staff clean even the patio every day.
This is a small hotel where you feel like at home.
