We liked that Bennett’s were able to let us have our units side by side. We liked the heat pump, the simplicity of the room set up, the kitchen and bathroom were great. We liked the free hot drink bar and that the bathroom provides the main necessities. The bedding set up was great and the mineral spa was amazing. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Parking was perfect. Maybe another round of towels just to cater for the usage of the mineral spa - but then again people can always bring their own. It was unfortunate that it was rainy on our night so maybe an option for an awning or mini tarp for cover but we were fine it was just cold rain mixing with hot water. We had my grandpa with us and he was perfectly fine this stay but maybe for those that travel and are his age, 86, maybe a small support rail by the toilet seat and in the shower for support.

Location was great, private thermal pool was excellent staff were very friendly. Bathroom was a good size kids kids had room to play.
Some of the beds were very hard and difficult to get a good night sleep on. Not alot of plugs to plug anything in- only found one in main bedroom.
