Just steps away from the Oceano Beach bunny dunes and coastline - No A/C necessary; mother nature will provide fresh clean air. This property was designed with comfort in mind - accommodating 10 people easily with 4 generously sized bedrooms and 2-3/4 bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs and rest upstairs. The largest bedroom doubles as a game room, equipped with a foosball table/coffee table and a smart TV, plus enjoy sitting on the balcony and watch the whitewater surf with bunny dunes in the foreground. A peaceful place to gather next to the natural habitat of the Oceano Lagoon, take in the sights of ocean views and dune views from the windows. Cook and dine inside - Gather and grill on the large sun deck while everyone relaxes on cushioned patio furniture situated around a propane fire pit. A stocked kitchen to prepare large or small meals is at your service with cookware, bakeware and dining ware and equipped with small appliances; Ample driveway parking for three passenger cars, extra long and well lit at night for safety and security. Surveillance camera overlooking the driveway for added security. Cable internet with secure mesh WIFI system and Ethernet port connection on both floors. Located just outside of the gateway to the Oceano State Vehicular Recreation Area, close to beach rentals, grocery stores, restaurants, night life, live family entertainment, nature hikes, parks and an Amtrak station.

We had a wonderful weekend staying in the Fisher Family Beach House while visiting our son who lives in Grover Beach and attends Cal Poly. The home was spotlessly clean, a short stroll to the ocean for refreshing walks, near fun restaurants, and the layout was perfect for our family to gather in the living room, well stocked kitched, and around the dining table. We also enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit on the front deck. The neighborhood was very quiet and we could hear the ocean waves at night, which I love! We look forward to returning :-)

The property was great! Our party consisted of three generations of the family (ages 2 - 60). Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. With the beach being literally across the street, it was fantastic!

We visited with 4 adults and 4 children, ages 4mo-12years for a wedding nearby. The house was very comfortable and literal steps away from the beach. My kids had the best time playing at the beach and watching all of the cars go by. Pismo beach was minutes away with tons of good food. SLO is 20 mins away. All of the Edna wineries were so close. The Fischers were wonderful hosts, we would happily stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Other than a couple small things like a lack of towels and some kitchen supplies, our time at the beach house was fantastic!

Smooth process, enjoyed the weekend. Stayed with 3 old friends. Walked to the beach. Also can walk to a few small restaurants. About 3 miles if you want to walk on the beach to Pismo. House was clean and well kept. Enjoyable time!

The home was open but warm. The hosts were very thoughtful. It was my 60th birthday and I had such a wonderful experience when I walked in and found chocolates a b-day card and a happy Birthday balloon with a pleasant snack in the refrigerator. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Fisher. This is an A+ rating

This house was plenty spacious for our family, 6 adults, 3 young children and an infant. It was clean and kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. A very short walk to the beach. Owners are close by but not intrusive. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

The home was set-up perfectly for our family There was a large dining table for meals, board games, and puzzles. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Our favorite area was the deck. Lots of privacy. A special thank you to the hosts!

All I’ve got are pros, no cons: - Property was super-clean. - The owners, who live adjacent to the property, were friendly, helpful (assisted with lighting the fire pit) and easy to communicate with. - Great shower pressure (always a bonus) - All the appliances are relatively new and worked perfectly. - The kids loved the upstairs foosball table. - Do bring hangers, as only a couple are supplied. Glad I read that in other reviews so we were prepared. - Extra unexpected bonus: there’s a small walk-up restaurant a couple blocks away named Slappy’s that has phenomenal tri-tip sandwiches and clam chowder. We are looking forward to future stays at the same location!

Pros: house is clean & comfortable; very short & safe walk to beach , beautiful dunes; peaceful & quiet area; perfect for families with young children ; Vons 2 miles away; some good restaurants nearby such as the Spoon Trade. We had a nice family gathering. Cons: no good user friendly cleaning items: no regular size broom, no vacuum cleaner, no washer/dryer; no basic essentials: salt/ pepper/ olive oil/ teapot & kettle; sufficient paper towels; no sufficient good quality toilet paper; no table sets or table cloth; no candles no toiletries; no cute hand soaps. Dinner table not well lit. Suggestions: house needs some decor for a cozy homey atmosphere & night stands in all bed rooms & small cozy lighting ; welcoming toiletries & washer:/dryer access would be awesome. We had a great time. The house is close to the beach, food and town. Great location for a long stroll. Property owners were very courteous and ready to help or answer any questions. Would highly recomend. Thank you for the great fun!
