Felt like home!
We were staying on the first floor and the people directly above us were a bit loud in the morning…from 6.30am. Apart from that it was brilliant!

Beautiful property that sits perfectly on the edge of a stunning village, Lourmarin. Stunning pool, gorgeous gardens and extremely well located to visit other villages in the Luberon region. Fabulous huge 2 bedroom apartment with excellent facilities inc washing machine and kitchen.
We found the staff very disengaged with our stay. When we arrived, no cool drink offered after our 3 hr trip, no tour of the property, no telling us where to park the car. Also informed I should have checked in on line!!
Staff work on the long communal table in the guest area and we were not made to feel welcome in there. Staff definitely need an office separate to the guest lounge area.
Overall a fabulous stay but staff need to be warmer, more welcoming and engaged.

Very clean and authentic French house experience
The Pilates class booked didn’t happen. we had no shower in the room and the pool was dirty
